Guest Accommodation:
✧ Sleeps up to 8 guests (ages 24 months and older—infants under 24 months do not count toward the total).
✧ Pricing Note: The base rate includes 6 guests. Each additional guest (up to two) will be charged a small fee of $10 per night to cover extra laundry costs
*TV - we provide guests with Free Roku TV and Hulu. Please bring your logins for Prime, Netflix, your cable providers etc.
For the safety of little ones, small children should always be supervised when outside. With water nearby, life vests are strongly recommended to ensure a fun and worry-free experience.
✧For your comfort, our home is treated bi-monthly by a professional pest control company, both inside and out. Given our waterfront location, you may still see an occasional bug. Please keep doors closed to help prevent bugs from entering. We go above and beyond to keep the home bug-free, therefore, no compensation will be provided for any bugs that may come inside.
✧Propane is provided for grill and tank is checked regularly. Please turn the gas knob off on the tank after using the grill. If propane runs out during your stay please message me immediately
Hot Tub:
✧The hot tub is cleaned and sanitized twice weekly
By making this booking, You agree to keep the hot tub in normal use, relatively clean condition and agree if the hot tub is left in an unsanitary or dirty condition, or damaged, as determined by our professional cleaning company you agree to pay any and all additional cleaning fees above their normal cleaning charges.
We take pride in using the only hot tub company in the area that provides thorough cleaning and sanitization twice a week. Our hot tub is professionally cleaned every Monday and Thursday to ensure a fresh and relaxing experience. If you arrive on a Sunday or Wednesday and the hot tub has been used by a previous guest but has not yet been sanitized, please reach out to me. I’ll be happy to provide instructions so you can safely enjoy it. Keep in mind they may arrive during your stay.
✧Please no jumping on the beds, including the sofa bed. Bedrooms have platform beds with no box spring and jumping on beds can seriously damage the frames.
✧WiFi Porter block is near the TV - A simple tap with your Android or a quick QR code scan with your iphone will give you access without touching the unit. Thanks!
✧Property condition and hot tub ares photo-documented, time and date stamped after every cleaning. If you find anything broken, dirty or damaged please notify us within 12 hours of your arrival so I can send our crew over to clean/check/repair. There will be no refunds for guests who do not allow our crew in to try to remedy complaints.
RESERVATION INFORMATION:
✧From March 1 - April 15, minimum age for everyone in your group is 24 except for families with children. ID's are required of all guests over the age of 18 upon arrival for bookings during these weeks. **No exceptions** This is not a spring break party house. This will be enforced. Anyone breaking this rule will be asked to leave and there will be no refund.
By making this reservation it is expressly agreed that:
1. You have read and understand the cancellation policy (further addressed below) and understand Vrbo offered you Travel Insurance prior to booking.
2. You and your guests are aware of the dangers of having waterfront property, community pool and hot tub, and that you accept and assume all risks of harm associated with the waterfront and hot tub
3. You and your guests release the Seven Palms HOA and property owner and their representatives free from any liability, including financial liability for any injuries/harm that may occur from use of waterfront, community pool and hot tub
4. Small children must be supervised at all times. Small children and children who cannot swim should wear life vests when outside. There is no fence along the waterfront. Adults assume responsibility for all children and their safety.
5. As the person making this reservation, you agree not to exceed the number of guests registered without prior permission and understand there is a possibility of removal without a refund or an over the limit fee. You understand there will be No exceptions.
*****CANCELLATIONS:
✧Our cancellation policy adheres to the standard policies provided by Vrbo for hosts and cannot be modified. To ensure your peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing the Vrbo Travel Insurance Policy offered during the booking process or securing your own travel insurance, as we are unable to make exceptions to our cancellation policy.
✧If you cancel or shorten your stay after the Cancellation Period and did not accept Travel Protection, you will be responsible for the full booking amount unless you cancel (allowing us to re-open the calendar) AND we re-book the dates at the same or higher rate. If re-booked at a lower rate, your refund will be based on that rate. If only some dates are re-booked, you will be refunded for those days only.
✧ If you did purchase travel protection, any refunds for cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period has expired must be obtained from Vrbo Travel Protection and are subject to their policies, conditions, and restrictions.
✧If you decline to purchase Travel Protection and do not purchase travel protection from another vendor, no refunds will be provided for cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period (unless we re-book as outlined above). You will be responsible for the full booking amount. There are no exceptions to the cancellation policy.
✧Like everywhere, we may occasionally, though rarely, experience internet outages that are beyond our control during inclement weather in and around our area. No refunds shall be given for outages, lack of content, speed or access to service unless the outage is specifically at our property only.
