The canal is perfect for a relaxing float and enjoying the water with the kids. This Townhouse is set up perfectly for everyone's enjoyment

The condominium was nice unfortunately the water heater was not working despite the owner fixed it by the next day. we were unable to properly bathe that first night and it was a cool night so we could not bathe with cold water the other thing is the fishing experience was not good as there is no outdoor Light to be able to do night fishing the worst is that something that does not advertise is that they expect quiet time by 10:30 which is very early as we would finish our day by eight by the time we would do a barbecue would be past 1030 so that is something that should be mentioned Upon inquiring of property that would’ve made a big impact on my decision of this rental other than that if you just want the rest, it is a very clean condominium

My husband and I wanted to take a fishing trip with his parents, but wanted to have accommodations for them due to their age. This home offered us exactly what we were seeking. Excellent space, clean, comfortable with amazing water views and steps away from accessing the spacious 2 story dock. Fishing and bulding memories with our family. Wonderful Stay!

This 2B/2B was perfect for our family of 3 plus 2 pups. Neighbors and owners were friendly and nice. The pictures onli e arent up to date as the owner built a 2 level deck with incredible views and breezes at night. We brought our boat and the convenience of the dock, and vicinity to the boat launch was a big plus. We will definately be staying again! Can tell this is a very popular vaca rental as its booked through mid October. The wife requested we only stay here moving forward. Tha ks for the hospitality Rob, and sharing your place with us for the Labor day holiday weekend!!!

Disappointing Stay – Unfair Charges and Inadequate SuppliesOur stay at this rental property was frustrating, largely due to a few issues that could have been easily addressed. The listing advertises the property as accommodating six people, yet upon arrival, we found that it was understocked with only 3 towels, 2 washcloths, and 1 hand towel. Since there were only three of us, we made do, but it was still disappointing that the property wasn’t better prepared for the number of guests it claims to accommodate.After our stay, the owner inquired about where all the towels were. We promptly informed them of where we had left the towels and how many we started with, but the issue still felt unresolved. It would have been helpful if the property had been properly stocked to begin with.Additionally, we were charged a 200 damage fee for a broken board on the boat lift. However, the damage was pre-existing when we arrived. The board had clearly been secured with short screws, and it came loose when we tried to use it. We immediately informed the hosts, who simply asked us to move the boat, which we did. They never brought up the issue again during our stay, and had they asked, we would have gladly repaired it ourselves. It was frustrating to see this charge appear after we left, especially when we were not responsible for the damage.Between the lack of basic supplies and the unfair damage charge, we were left disappointed with our experience. We would not recommend this rental.

Bring the kitchen sink. Poorly stocked. Dealt w ants and roaches entire time. Asked for extra towels and the guy delivered stained rags. Bbq pit was groos, chairs rusted and dangerous to sit in. Nice place butvreally needs the decay managed. And for same price we stayed in anoyjrr vrbo that did property stock yhe place for guests. No pot holders, 1 dish towel. Asked manager and was toldvto go to dollar store instead.

A little dog surprise

Overall, I would LOVE to rate this rental with 5 stars. It’s nice and clean and a really nice layout in a good location on the water. My adult son loved fishing at night right outside the back door.But… we like to travel with our Bassett Hound. We paid extra for her to join us. She’s a sweet girl but gets spooked with big dogs. We had no idea there would be two pit bulls upstairs in the owners’ home. At one point, one of the pitties ran loose straight to me and my Bassett. It was a scary situation, not having the owner nearby and the pit bull trying to close in on us. I was deflecting with a plastic chair for as long as I could. By the time the owner came down to retrieve her dog, it had my Bassett frozen and fearful under my legs. I know this was a one-time incident, but I would’ve appreciated the owners stopping by to see how we were doing after that situation. Unfortunately, the message that we were okay that I texted through this app wasn’t read until the next day. My other complaint is that there is a lot of noise in the middle of the night when the owners and the dogs decide to walk around. Thin floor/ceiling.

Enjoyable stay

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend. Condo was in a great location, quiet neighborhood, dog friendly with nice walking spaces. Back of Condo on canal is beautiful & peaceful. The Condo is older & in need of some repairs in kitchen but clean, kitchen well stocked, all amenities we needed. Great communication with owner. Thank you for hosting us.

Great value and location

Baffin Bay Fishing

The home was exactly what 3 men needed who were in town to fish all weekend. Quick and easy access to tie up the boat and walk 18 steps and inside to take a nap. We have already booked this place for next month. Robert, is a very good host.

On the water and near the beach!

Great location. Loved the water just out the back door. Owner is very attentive to any needs that may arise. If you are looking for an affordable great place to fish while at home and a golf cart ride to the beach, this is the place! We caught trout, mangrove snapper, sting ray, lady fish, and perch off the dock. It is no frills but a great time for the price.

Fishing Vacation

Our choice of this location was heavily influenced by access to the water. Everything was as advertised. We launched our boat at a private ramp 10 houses down from the property and parked the trailer in the empty lot next door. This was a huge advantage to us, allowing my wife to take the truck without worry of hauling a trailer. There was a nice grocery store, hardware/ everything store, convenient stores and beach access all within a 5 or so minute drive. There was deep water from just off the pier all the way to the intercoastal and easy bay access, bait shops accessible by boat within a short distance. I can't speak about the fishing quality as it rained the entire time we were there but we still had a great time. Like anywhere you stay there are things that could be better but we have zero complaints, if/when we return to the area I would stay here again.
