Enjoy this cozy, centrally located, spacious home! Get to lovely downtown Corpus Christi and our beautiful ocean within minutes. Looking to stay in and cook? Local grocery store just a block away and our local Natural Grocers just minutes down the road. But wait there's more.......Get your vacation shopping fix with our very own La Palmera Mall just 9 mins away from this awesome home! Home offers 3 spacious bedrooms and a beautiful spacious living area with an awesome coffee bar area. Amazing!

Very pet friendly home, please note that the fee is $175 Per Pet, Per Stay.

Absolutely NO EVENTS allowed.

No loud noise is permitted on the property (i.e. music, outside noise, etc.) If we are notified of a noise complaint we reserve the right to have guests removed from the property with no refund.

MONDAY GUESTS - Please note that if you are a guest at this home on Monday, we ask that you bring the trash bins out to the curb as the city picks up trash on Tuesday morning. Failure to pull trash cans out will result in a fee of $75.00 as we will need to pay to have someone to remove and discard the trash from trash cans.

The back garage is being renovated into an apartment no one is allowed to access the dwelling.

NOTE: This home is sprayed by Fox Pest every month, however it is located near the bay and because of this, guests might see a water bug or the occasional roach. Please Do not reserve this home if water bugs or the occasional roach will ruin your stay or cause you to leave a bad review.

The house was wonderful. It was very clean, we had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and clean, The kitchen was completely stocked with all sorts of dishes and glasswear. the location is about 30 minutes away from the Padre state park.

Location, family friendly

Our stay was really great, the location is super close to shopping areas, places to eat and most importantly, just a short drive to a variety of beaches. Plenty of room and well kept. Up to date appliances were super nice to have making it feel like a home away from home. Would recommend

Family vacation

Everything about this place was great, the location was close to everything we wanted to do. The inside was decorated very nicely felt very homie the only reason why I didn’t give this place a 5 star was because the chairs are cloth which is fine but I’m not sure if the people before us had little kids but there was “Cheeto like” stains on the chair and couch, so maybe check after the cleaning people to make sure they clean that. Other than that this place is absolutely gorgeous and it was super close to all the places we wanted to visit! ♥️♥️♥️♥️
