Whether relaxing in the living room watching the 65” TV or from the comfort of the king size bed with 55” TV, you will appreciate the conveniences after a day at the beach, poolside or out & about in town. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the end counter with stool will conveniently accommodate your laptop. The kitchen island with 2 stools allows flexible seating arrangements. Unit has a washer/dryer. Keurig coffee system. Please note that this condo is accessed by two flights of stairs. There is no elevator access. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 standard sized vehicle. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.
