First we wont be booking through miss kitty again, and this property falls under that.Hosts are able to change property details even after you've booked. For 2 weeks we went back and forth because when we booked it said fits 13 after it changed to 10 ppl. And miss kitty said (after we had reach out to them) that because of the change we had to find a new place. 2 weeks before our vacation date. We looked and everything was booked. I then asked for a refund and all of a sudden they said we could stay at the original property smh.The place itself is nice. No extra towels. Only 2 per restroom. Beds are super soft so not great for our backs. The floor felt dirty and like it hadn't been swept. I found a roach under one of the living room sofas. The property asked for us to take out the trash which is fine but there was already trash in the bins so we didn't have room for all our own trash. The pool was beautiful. Liked the place but wont be staying here again.

The listing was completely wrong. The description of the house said that it slept 13 people. It did not sleep 13 people. It only slept 10. So two people had to sleep on the living room couches and in one room three people had to sleep in the king-size bed. This created a bad situation the whole time because the people sleeping on the couches did not have a bathroom to go to. It was very disappointing and not something that was able to be remedied by the host. We have rented a lot from VRBO and never had any types of issues like this before. Super disappointing because we were so excited about going down to the coast for the weekend. Nothing was offered to help except an air mattress. Which would’ve just made everything more crammed and worse in the living room. No offer of reimbursement or discounts was given from the host. There were also not enough towels in any of the bathrooms. We will not be renting any VRBO listings that are run through Miss Kitty’s rentals again.
