Terrific Waterfront! Pool/Spa 2BR King and Queen

Are you looking for a terrific waterfront unit to enjoy your beach vacation? Come and stay at Seahaven Suites here on the Island in Corpus Christi. You will feel right at home and ready for the beach in this 2 bedroom with a king and a queen. Designed for couples or a family with a fold down couch for extra sleeping. Perfectly situated to sample all of Corpus Christi's favorite outdoor pastimes like beaching at the Whitecap Beach, birding at Mustang Island State Park and of course fishing!
The space
This condominium is a very pretty two story, 2 bedroom unit within a boutique 9 unit waterfront complex designed exclusively for guests. This unit has a beachy Caribbean blue on white paint scheme and a gorgeous Brazilian river rock granite breakfast bar. The upstairs bedrooms are painted in grey with a black furnishings. The unit has a great flow and lots of natural light. Fully renovated bedrooms and bathroom with a granite shower bench. Access to our shared pool / hot tub, and ample outdoor space. The complex has hundreds of feet of waterfront for fishing in our own private honey hole. Seagulls, pelicans, herons and cranes are constant companions on the property.

Kitchen - Fully renovated caviar color kitchen cabinets in 2023 with an electric stove, toaster oven, eye catching quartz countertop with brick travertine backsplash. Breakfast bar setting for 5. Fully equipped, comes with:

- Living Room - Open living room with large couch and chaise. Couch folds down for additional sleeping. 65 inch wall mounted TV. 2 person dining set next to the brand new electric fireplace. Beachy with a contemporary vide. Monopoly / Scrabble and a poker card set are included in the coffee table. Floating mantle and fireplace shelf have multiple remote LED mood candles.

– Master Bedroom: Very comfortable King-sized bed set against a geometric themed wallpaper. The room has a ceiling fan with a remote and a 50 inch TV. The bedroom has a large 4 drawer wardrobe with build in granite desk. The nightstands are black with rattan accents. The master bedroom also has an electric fireplace and an outdoor deck with a 3 piece wrought iron dining set with a wine bucket.

– Guestroom: Very comfortable queen sized bed set against a fun and geometric themed wallpaper. The room has a fan with a remote and a 50 inch TV. The bedroom has a large 4 drawer wardrobe with a build in granite desk. The nightstands are black with rattan and nightlights.

– Bathroom: Jack and Jill bathroom with modern LED mirror and a glass mosaic tile for the backsplash. Lights are dimmable. Vanity is wrapped in high quality granite and shower has a granite threshold and granite seat.

– Utility Closet: Iron / full size ironing board are in the closet under the stairs. We also include a beach cooler, 2 beach towels, and 2 beach chairs along with a broom and dustpan. At the top of the stairs there is a brand new LG washer dryer combo and a build in full length LED mirror. Stairs are wood with inlay marble tile.

– Outdoor area:

Our sunshaded pool is right at the waters edge and is an excellent place for photos and relaxing. There are multiple loungers within the pool area and many sitting areas along the 150 foot deck. Try our jacuzzi after a great day of beaching! We have accents lights at night and also have a bar area and outdoor dining table at the bulkhead. (first come first serve) This is a great space for enjoying our beautiful canal in good company.
Guest access
Guests will be able to access their unit as well as the common areas of the complex around the pool and by the bulkhead.

This unit has one designated parking space. Please be mindful of the parking. The parking space is listed "Unit 6" clearly painted in yellow. We also have 6 spots designed "Guest" which are 1st come 1st serve. We have parking for large trucks or trailers designed as "Trailer Parking" 20'x8' There is ample street parking.

Dogs are allowed at the property with a maximum of 2 per booking. We have a grass area in front of the building for dogs. Extra fees per dog will be charged as follows:

$130 for stays of 7 days or less
$275 for 8-29 days
$400 for 30 days or greater.

Please keep your pets leashed at all times within the property and please do not leave your pets unattended inside the unit unless they're in a kennel. If an unreported pet is found to be staying in the property, the guest may be charged $500.00 and will be asked to vacate the premises without a refund.

Pet charges for Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals.

Service Animal: A dog or miniature horse that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks are not charged under the pet fee policy.

Emotional Support Animal: An animal that provides companionship, relieves loneliness, or helps with depression, anxiety, or certain phobias but is not required to have special training to perform tasks are charged under the pet fee policy.

***Potential Additional Charges***

$50 - leaving Doggy dudu around the property and not cleaning up after your dog. We have designated grass areas for dogs with trash bags.
$500 - Smoking or Vaping indoors and leaving the unit with a strong residual Marijuana or cigarette odor
$30 - per night, per guest - beyond 4 guests staying
$10 to $50 - Replacement costs for stains on linens, towels, pillow cases, hand towels, comforters etc.
