Introducing Bay Tree C4! A spacious third floor condo, with no elevator access offers the best views in Old Town! Sleeps 4 with Queen size bed and queen size sofa sleeper. Enjoy unobstructed coastal sunsets, views of the city marina, and the intercoastal ship channel. Bay Tree offers a community swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, private lighted fishing pier, BBQ areas, boat parking and boat slips with electricity for rent. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 vehicle. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of 45 dollars + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.

Boat slips are available on a first-come, first-served basis and accommodate boats up to 36 feet in length. Guests renting a slip will also receive priority parking in the designated boat trailer parking area.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- A 2-night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and be present throughout the entire stay
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm payments.
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.
