This picturesque, lakeside home welcomes you and your family with a calm, inviting living space and access to all the amenities at Cinnamon Shore, , including the beautiful beach!

AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: On the first floor, the open living room is a great place to relax after a long day at the beach with breezy blues and white wood woodwork. The family chef will love the large, well-stocked kitchen, a showplace with stainless steel appliances and spacious island. While preparing a meal, you’ll have a wonderful view of the lake just outside your back door. Enjoy a dining area with a table that seats 6 to 8 people. Handsome, arched opening connect these primary gathering spaces and add character to this coastal home.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: Upstairs, the spacious primary bedroom with king bed is a calm retreat with a sitting area. The large, en-suite bathroom makes anyone feel pampered with a large tub for relaxing and a walk-in shower. Step out onto the large, private balcony through French doors and enjoy beautiful views of Lake Colby from the porch swing.

Just down the hall, nap in the serenity of a queen guest bedroom after a long day in the sun. A spacious Jack-and-Jill bath connects to the playful bunk room, where kiddos enjoy themselves as they wind down their day. There’s a twin-over-full bunk, with a hidden, twin trundle bed that’s sure to be a hit.
The third floor with queen-size bed is a great escape for guests who want a little privacy. The balcony view of the lake and an en-suite bathroom make this a truly wonderful space.

GREAT FEATURES: Relax on Adirondack-style seating on the first-floor covered patio overlooking the lake. Enjoy fishing in the fully stocked lake, just steps away. And take advantage of the gorgeous community pools, great restaurants, and easy access to the beach over dune crossovers.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.

Lovey Dovey is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Lovey Dovey the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
