Spacious Townhouse, Close to the Pool and the Beach

This spacious, 2 story townhome sleeps 8 guests.

The front of the townhome has a fenced in patio with seating. The first floor has a spacious open floor plan for the living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room has a sofa, love seat and chair. The sofa folds out into a queen bed and there is a large TV in the living room. The dining area has a table with seating for 4 plus there are 4 bar stools at the kitchen bar. Everything that is needed for cooking and dining is provided in the kitchen. On the first floor are also a master bedroom with a king size bed and a large TV, a full bathroom with a large walk in shower and a full size washer and dryer.

The second floor has a large bedroom with 2 queen size beds, a large tv and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Right outside of the 2nd floor bedroom is a spacious balcony that has a great view of the pool.

All linens are provided including bed sheets and towels. Cable and wifi are also provided.

The property has 2 pools, a kid's playground area and is close to the beach.

Perfect Family Spot!

We were fortunate enough to find this spot after our original location at another property cancelled on us 5 days before our trip. It was Perfect! My parents have mobility issues so we needed a bedroom on the 1st floor, which it has. The 2nd floor bedroom with 2 queen beds was great for my 2 children and my husband. Amazing stay!

We were very satisfied with our stay, the place was very clean in a nice location. They had everything you couple possibly need and more. The pools were nice (just a little too warm for my liking) even though they are basically your front yard, you cannot hear anything coming from there! Hosts made communication easy and responded quickly. Highly recommend and will try and return if we’re in the area again!

So close to the beach!

Perfect for a larger family, beautiful property with everything needed to enjoy yourself down to the aloe in the cabinet after sunburns at the beach. We came for an event occurring at a hotel very close and this worked out much better. The owners were very accommodating and we all enjoyed ourselves very much. We even ventured out to USS Lexington and the aquarium, for an island it was easy in and out which I also appreciated. First visit but would come back in a heartbeat

Beautiful, relaxing and convenient! Perfect for family vacations.

Everything about this townhouse experience was amazing! The rooms were spacious, close to the gorgeous pool and so close to the beach. The owners were customer focused, friendly and so easy to communicate with! They provided the necessities to make our stay as stress free as possible. We will definitely be back as frequently as possible!

Nice Place in Great Location

The property was clean and had everything we needed. Big bonus that it was so close to the pool entrance, too. The only cons I could dig up - parking spaces are not viewable from the condo, and the stairs to the 2nd bedroom are really long (haha). But so glad there is a downstairs bedroom and bath as well. Whitecap beach was only a few minutes away (drive). We would definitely like to stay here again.

Great family vacation

This property was super clean, well stocked and just a short walk to the beach that even the youngest kiddo could easily trek. A pizza place nearby and a donut store also made the kids happy. The HEB was pretty close too. All in all, this was a great location for a family beach vacation.

Excellent Townhome by the Beach

We had a great time here. The property was great and just like advertised. Only took us about 10 minutes to walk to the beach (with a toddler) and the pool was so convenient to go to in the evenings. Everything was clean and the little extra touches were nice (games, beach chairs, extra towels if needed). We look forward to staying here again!

Spectacular 4th of July!!

Last minute get away at The Pearl vacation rental complete with many, many amenities added to a comfortable stay. The Pearl, at Village by the Beach made our July 4th a truly memorable one. A huge pool right outside the front door of the rental and bbq pit allowed us the opportunity to relax and cool off while preparing our meal. Later in the evening we walked to the beach to view the fireworks and enjoy North Padre Island’s beauty at its best. Thank you to the owner for allowing us to stay at their beautiful, clean and comfortable unit. Property manager also answered all our questions promptly. We definitely plan on returning and look forward to making new memories with our family at The Pearl.

Amazing stay!

My wife, two daughters and myself had an amazing time during our stay. The condo was super clean and smelled clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. All of us had a great time at the pool. The location of the condo was perfect and just a very short driving distance to the beach. We had no issues with the condo and our stay. Would highly recommend staying there!

Amazing Place to Stay With Your Family

Our family needed a quick little getaway and this place didn't disappoint. The house was walking distance from the beach. The pool was amazing. We sat on the patio and watched our kid have the time of her life at the pool. The host was great to work with. We are definitely coming back again.

Great place

The photos don’t do justice of how clean, and spacious this place is. Beds were comfortable, AC kept place nice cool. Plenty of towels, dishes, and all the basic kitchen utensils. The closet outside had some beach chairs and beach toys. We didn’t use them but next time I won’t pack them. Mr. Randy and his assistant were great at answering any questions we had. Loved the place. We were 2 adults, 2 preteens and a toddler.

Love this place

It was a last minute trip for my family. My fiancé told me to schedule a trip since I had a rough week with medical issues and all my results came back good. So he knew I needed something to enjoy and relax. I want to keep coming back to this place as we go about 6 times a year.
