Padre Escapes was very professional toward us and answered our questions quickly. A suggestion to think about-putting a dresser in the bedroom under the TV. Also the throw pillows in the main room could use a good cleaning or be replaced. A small plastic table to go between the chairs on the porch would be nice to set beverages on. These are not meant to be negative statements, but rather enhancements.

This house was easy to find and check in! It was perfect for our family getaway! The amenities were nice, the pools did get a bit rowdy (the pool key was not needed to get in). All in all we would stay here again.

Great family vacation

The place was cozy, clean and cool upon arrival. We were able to check in early with a small fee. My kids loved staying on the bunk beds and the kiddie pool was the perfect depth for them. The location was a short walk to the beach but we chose to drive because we had a lot to set up. Our overall stay was pleasant. Would book again

April getaway

This property is very clean! My 6 year old and almost 3 year old loved the pools, splash pad and playground. The king bed was comfortable and my son loved the bunk bed. The water pressure in shower is amazing. It is very close to the beach!

The location was absolutely perfect! Situated just a few blocks from the beach, it offered easy access to the golden sands and stunning sunsets every evening. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the living area had large windows that let in lots of natural light and offered fantastic views of the surrounding area.

Good location about a block from the beach (we didn’t make the walk but seemed easy. Access to a decent pool. Negatives-the beds were not comfortable unless you are accustomed to sleeping on a rock. It could use a deep cleaning.

Weekend get away place

Clean, comfortable, easy access to the beach, the pools and playground were within easy walking distance even for my 7 month pregnant wife. With the exception of the bearable odor(that smelled of either stale cigarette smoke or some kind of moldy smell in the clothes washer) in the unit everything else was great. The smell wasn't so bad though to say that we would not use the same unit again for another trip. The power outlets in the kitchen did not work when we tried to make coffee and breakfast the first morning but after placing a short call to the property management team, maintenance was there within 10 min to fix the issue and while they were there they fixed the exhaust fan in the bathroom. Overall, great place and we would go back.

The location was great, super close to the beach. Everything was incredibly clean.The only feedback I can come up with is it would’ve been nice to have the check-in information sooner as we were getting pretty stressed about not receiving that until right before. Also would’ve appreciated the refrigerator to be cooler for Our groceries We showed up with. It seemed to have been unplugged, Most likely for cleaning, but was not ready for a bunch of food. Thankful for the maintenance that came quick to check it out.Would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend it!
