We enjoyed our stay! It was perfect for our big family and came with all the essentials we needed. It was walking distance to the pool and just a few minutes away from the local beaches. I would definitely be booking here again!

We enjoyed our stay especially the pool. Everything went pretty smoothly with check-in and check out. Only “complaints” were that the ice maker did not work in the fridge and our first night, the neighbors were having a party with music bouncing late into the night. I guess that’s what you might experience during spring break. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Awesome Property

Clean property and size was perfect for our family. Beds were comfortable and the house sure stayed cool! We enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed our stay overall. No doubt in renting again.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay. Property manager was great in working with us when we needed to modify the reservation. Only thing is that I would not recommend staying here with babies, toddlers, or young children learning to walk, as floors are concrete. Also rollaway beds shown as put together/made up on listing, but they were not. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Father’s Day weekend

We all had a cozy comfortable room to sleep in. The AC was super cold , the kitchen had everything we needed to cook with . The Pool was nice and clean. Every room had a TV. There was even extra clean blankets to use. Overall we had a great time with all my family being able to be together. Thank you

Great place to stay

The room set up was perfect for our family. It seemed to be an older place, but clean and well taken care of. Pool area was nice, but cold. Management was quick to come and turn in the heater. It didn’t heat up very much before we had to leave. Easy check in and check out. Just wish there was a hot tub.

Wish we could have stayed longer at the pool. It was the weekend and hours should have been extended. We were just talking at the pool and got kicked out

Perfect Stay for a Large Group!

There were 12 of us, and the property was spacious enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. The location was perfect, with Whitecap Beach just across the street, making it super convenient for beach outings. The home was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The management staff was also very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this property for large groups, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit! --- Let me know if that works or if you'd like to make any changes!

Great location but

Location, sleeping room and 3 bathrooms were perfect for our large group. The living room furniture was very used, stained and uncomfortable. WI-FI was horrible, tried to work a couples hours in the morning but had to go to Starbucks. We tried to reset and called customer service. Also had a bug problem, ants and black small bug and found a cockroach ran across the clean dishes.

Adequate

The reason I gave adequate as a rating for the property was because it didn’t give me the feeling of support I expected from this type of rental. Nagging details, yes, but they were still there such as minimal trash bags that turned me off to feeling I was supported. A hotel I could ask housekeeping if I needed extra bags for something. On the other hand when the dryer wouldn’t work I was pleased by the responses from management. When I presented this review to my wife she wanted to include pool as another positive to our stay. She and the grandchildren spent hours there. I’m grateful that the unit was available on short notice. Having it for my family was a big plus.

Reviewer Comments: -plenty of room for our group-the bedroom on the bottom floor was super hot compared to the rest of the condo...made it hard to sleep-it was nice to have 3 bathrooms, 2 are adjoining rooms-plenty of extra bedding and pillows if needed- the carpet has stains...the stair carpet should be removed-the coffee pot did not work properly...needs a pot that works with the drip valve- the living room fan could only be used on low was super loud and shaking excessively on high-the tvs are hard to operate...need to provide instructions-the tv in the room with double beds did not work
