This house says: `OOH AWE!` This three bedroom three bath home has marble floors through out home and is decorated with tropical decor. Bedrooms included a master king with a master bath and two queen bedrooms which have one queen size bed in each.

Living and dining room screams comfort with leather furniture, cable tv, dvd player with video library, and wifi internet! Kitchen is stocked above your average rental. Custom oak cabinets filled with spices, cooking utensils, pots, pans, microwave, gas stove, side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker. Home also has a GAS FIREPLACE great for any mood. All this plus views of the canal and wildlife in this open floor plan are just waiting for YOU! But WAIT....Casa Ahoy also has a stone porch in back with a outdoor grill. Property has its own private dock with a Blue Collar fish cleaning station. Yes, you can fish from your private dock, clean your catch and slap it on the grill and enjoy a meal fit for Kings and Queens, all in the comfort of Texas Coastal ambiance.

The Entire Home

Guest will receive their check in instructions 7 days prior to their arrival and will be able check in directly at the property. We will also provide guests with our contact information. Someone is available for emergencies after 8 pm as well. There is also a Welcome Book provided at the property with helpful information such as Wi-Fi password and trash days along with the check out procedure.

The Rockport`s Heritage and Cultural Arts District overlooking the Rockport harbor is only a few minutes from the home. Enjoy Rockport’s beautiful blue wave beach, restaurants/cafes, shopping, festival grounds, fishing, museums, art galleries and much, much, more! There is something for everyone with shopping, art galleries, museums, kayak rentals, duck hunting, bird watching, beaches, restaurants & festivals year around, too mention a few.

Aransas Pass is also just a few minutes from the property. Enjoy easy access to the bays, intercoastal waterway and the Gulf of Mexico by visiting The Conn Brown’s Harbor Point Park. The Harbor offers several ramps, bait stands, picnic tables, public lighted fishing pier and a lighted parking lot. You can launch your boat from the public boat ramp at Conn Brown`s Harbor Point Park and within minutes, you`ll be in some of the best flats fishing areas the Texas coast has to offer! There are piers and miles of shoreline to fish from. Spend the day and utilize our low-cost transient docks and boat pump-out. Aransas Pass also has a great family Aquatic Center, Bowling Alley and Movie Theater you can visit when you are not playing on the water.

Centrally located minutes from Rockport, 15 minutes to Port Aransas ferry, 20 minutes to Corpus Christi - Texas State Aquarium, Hurricane Alley, HOOKS Baseball Stadium, Lexington and much more. In the summertime the ferry line to Port Aransas can have a very long wait time.

Please Note: All property bulkheads are privately owned. Please do not cross over to any neighbors’ dock without permission. It is considered trespassing and you will be in violation of property house rules.

Cancellation Policy:

A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will receive a 100% refund.

​​​​​​Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
Our Team takes pride in the comfort of your stay by providing high quality customer service. Our privately owned homes are well stocked. However should you have a special request or need, feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate your reasonable request.
We ask that you report any dissatisfaction, challenges or accidents needed immediately. We put our best effort forward to ensure a carefree environment. However, at times, repairs are needed and we aim to have you remember how we remedied the situation verses what happened.
We have several festivals, events, fishing tournaments and more throughout our year.

Rental Policies

CHECK-IN TIME is 3 P.M. CST
CHECKOUT is 11 A.M. CST.
**NO Early Check-in or late checkout. Written approval required if either is needed. There is an additional hourly fee based on which home.

This is a NON SMOKING unit. Smoking is permitted outside if butts are disposed of in a proper receptacle, NOT on premises or in canal.

PETS - PETS are permitted in most rental homes only with prior approval. Fee based on breed and length of stay- $50.00 TO $150 per Pet Fee applies. All pets must be leashed at all times. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse DAILY. Pets are not allowed on furniture at ANY time. Any evidence of pets on furniture, urination in home or any linen stained or damage to our walls doors or rugs or home may incur extra fees for to you. WE SUPPLY DOG TOWELS/RAGS FOR YOUR USE. All pets must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heartworm prevention is highly recommended. All pets are to be treated with Advantage or similar topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner.
The Homeowners assume NO responsibility for illness or injury that humans or pets may incur while on the premises. All homes are privately owned; the owners are NOT responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

All debris, rubbish and discards are BAGGED and are placed in exterior trash can, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and run to clean.
All keys are NOT placed back in the lockbox and/or unit is left unlocked. This means all doors and windows & gates. ï lights, ceiling fans, TV’s and other electronic devices left on.
All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
​​​​​​ No linens, towels, pillows and other amenities are lost or damaged.
Furniture, games, videos, DVDs, books, etc and left in nice condition and are not lost or missing.
NO Early check-in or Late check-out. This is a courtesy for yourselves as well as other guests that may be arriving after you.
The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), or the local law enforcement.

PETS: (if approved) refuge needs to be picked up daily, you must clean up -food, hair balls, vomit, or if per urinates in the home or we discover the pet has been on ANY furniture.

NO Smoking in home and butts are to be disposed of properly, not in yard or canal. **IF YOU CHOOSE TO DISREGARD THIS RULE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A MINIMUM OF $500 AND UP TO $1500 TO DEODORIZE OUR HOME. NO EXCEPTIONS!

TRIP INSURANCE- Upon booking any of our homes through any platform, you will be prompted to purchase trip insurance which protects your investment should there be a need to cancel. SEE BELOW FOR STORM POLICY.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests is limited to 2 - 16 persons depending on which home/cottage/condo is rented. An additional charge or $25.00 to $50 per person per night for additional guests above the allotted occupancy set for rate of said home.

MINIMUM STAY – Most homes/condos/cottages require a two (2) night minimum stay. However, please inquire for 1 night stays as some of our properties are available for one night stays. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than two days, the guest will be charged accordingly, if applicable

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit bath towels or linens to be taken from the units, but we provide extra beach towels for your use and are to be returned prior to check-out. PLEASE SHAKE ALL SAND OUTSIDE OF HOME PRIOR TO TAKING INTO HOME AND WASHING TOWELS. ***Housekeeping services can be provided upon request at your expense.

RATE CHANGES – Rates subject to change without notice. Of course, not once a reservation is confirmed.

FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.

WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance by our Company.

WATER AND SEPTIC – In most cases, homes are on a septic system. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper and human waste. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products, or other than recommended products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of Five hundred dollars ($500) or more for repair.

STORM POLICY– HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – NO
refunds will be given unless:
The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a `Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area` and/or
A `mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning` area of residence of a vacationing guest.
The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a `Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning,` area, we will refund:
Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;

Lovely Home not too far from the beach

We had an awesome time staying here, after a long drive we were able to unwind and rest. Made a trip to the beach within a reasonable amount of time taking the ferry (longest part will be waiting in line). After a beach day we were able to rest and enjoy the beautiful water at the docks on the property. If we ever make our way back here we would gladly stay here again! The host was awesome and answered all of our questions. 10/10 would recommend staying here!

Nice House

We went as 2 adult couples and overall loved the house. There were some things we wished it had had but we didn’t read description close enough such as lights to fish at night. I will say the house is not a good fit for elderly or those w tiny toddlers learning to walk bc there are so many levels to the house. In the mast bathroom your feet dangle from the toilet. My boyfriend is 5’11” and when sitting his feet didn’t touch the floor. Overall the house was clean and we loved the neighbor. The description said there were restaurants and bars within walking distance of the house but the ones we saw we would have never attempted to walk to bc you have to cross a very busy highway. Overall we would stay here again.

July Family Time

Enjoy the stay nice cool house plenty of room good beds. Grandson caught 3 fish from the rear deck just had a great family time. Had a very well stock kitchen supplys to cook with. Well worth the stay.

Boys fishing trip

Nice place, a few oddly placed steps in the house. Needs a little attention with the extermination of the yellow jackets. My boy who is five got stung twice by the handrail going down to the dock. I killed those and then found another large nest on the handrail on the dock. Killed those as well. Other than that it was a nice stay.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. Patio on the water was a great place to drink you morning coffee. The house was clean and beds were acceptable. The 3 bathes were a plus. The one draw back ,the bedrooms and baths had multiple step downs that could be a tripping hazard. With that said we would stay there again.

Awesome for adults

Three of us met for a fishing vacation. The house is beautiful with three bedrooms and baths. All three bedrooms were decked out with a queen or king bed. No bunk beds which made it great for us because we each had a room with comfortable beds. Kitchen and layout are terrific and the back deck and access to the canal were very nice. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook. Half way between Crab-in and Paradise restaurants - both excellent and cook your fish for you. Highly recommend

Was as expected.

Place was fine. Location was fine. Rockport is ok, a little too backwoods for a whole week. But all of that was not the issue of the owner of the place. The one issue I have is that it is billed as a great location to fish but one week of fishing pretty hard yielded 5 fish one keeper. Don’t rent this place cause you think the fishing in the channel is great cause it is not.

Wonderful place to relax

Loved the entire house. All extras were considered in case you forgot something small. Would definitely rent again. Loved the private dock area. A little disappointed there were no kayak or canoes as described in the amenities. We brought life jackets to enjoy the kayaks. But overall loved our stay in the beautiful home and total experience was wonderful.

Just what we needed!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. It was nice to not have to worry about mosquitoes! We honestly never had to spray repellent and never swapped one mosquito! Being on the canal we were very surprised! We had everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back to this home!

We were very please with the cleanliness and accommodations. The rear deck was well constructed and the fishing was awesome! My buddy caught a 'big ugly' black drum right out of the canal!

Fabulous property!

This Palm Harbor property was beautifully decorated. The dishes, glassware. silverware, linens and kitchen items were all quality products. The beds were very comfortable and rooms were large and open. We loved sitting out on the covered patio overlooking the water (canal). We will definitely return when the mosquitoes have dissipated due to the recent rains. Thank you, Marie and the entire crew for a wonderful stay!

Fishing Getaway

Plenty of room for 5 fishermen, Great dock. One of the better docks for pulling your boat up.
