Seaside Haven is a third & fourth floor split level condo with 2BR/2.5BA located at The Mayan Princess, Port Aransas, Texas. There are two walk out balconies offering panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. One located off the living area and the second is upstairs off the primary bedroom.

The living space is outfitted with a queen sleeper sofa, reclining love seat, recliner, and coffee table. There is also a bar height game table with bar stools. The entertainment center features a 65" streaming television. There is also a computer desk workstation for those needing to stay in touch with work during the trip. The 3rd floor balcony offers plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the ocean breeze.

Kitchen & Dining

The dining table seats six (6) with two bar stools at the kitchen snack bar. There are stainless steel appliances, plenty of cookware and utensiles, as well as, extra prep space added to the sink/snack bar area.

Primary En-suite

All bedrooms are located upstairs. The primary en-suite features a second balcony with floor to ceiling windows for awesome views of the ocean. There is a king size bed, sliding UV protected window treatment, a large dresser, and night stand, and closet storage at the entrance of the bathroom. There is also 55" smart television. The bathroom features a newly remodeled large walk in shower and safety rails. Dual vanities and custom cabinetry throughout.

Guest En-suite

There is a queen size bed, 40" smart television, ample closet and storage space, and a private bathroom entrance. The bathroom has a single vanity, shower, toilet, bath towels, and basic toiletries to get your vacation started.

Outdoor Areas

As a guest at the Mayan Princess Condominium Resort, you'll enjoy access to several amenities, including an outdoor hot tub, private boardwalk, and three tropical pools (the deeper pool is open year-round and heated during the cooler months). Also available are water volleyball, a sand pit for beach volleyball, as well as a horseshoe pit.
All sporting items can be checked out and returned to the front desk.
Poolside BBQ pits and picnic tables are available on a first come basis.

Mayan Princess 303 is accessible by elevators behind the lobby or staircase on the North end of the building.
2 bedroom Unit, 2 1/2 bathroom, Maximum Occupancy of 6 - Maximum occupancy limits are enforced.
Cooking is NOT allowed on the patios or balconies. BBQ pits are located at the pool area.
All parties must be 25 years of age or older, unless accompanied by a parent.
Pets are NOT allowed on property

Coastal recreation abounds at the beachfront Mayan Princess Resort located between Port Aransas and North Padre! Walk just 3 minutes to the beach via private boardwalk access. Fishing enthusiasts in your group will find ample opportunities to make the perfect catch. Drive 4 minutes north to Mustang Island State Park to explore the local flora and fauna of the South Texas Coast. Spend the day visiting the Port Aransas Nature Preserve and Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center (10.5 miles). Sample an abundance of restaurants, shops, and convenient amenities in Corpus Christi, 9 miles away by car.
