  • La unidad 201 de Sea Gull es un apartamento de tres dormitorios, dos baños y medio en primera línea de playa. El dormitorio principal se enfrenta al Golfo y tiene una cama king size con baño privado contiguo. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama king size. El tercer dormitorio presenta un tema pirata para niños, así como juegos de mesa y dos camas de tamaño completo. Hay televisores de pantalla plana y sistemas de música Bose Wave en la sala de estar y en todas las habitaciones. Este condominio también cuenta con Roku Streaming TV y reproductores multimedia en todas las habitaciones. La cocina está totalmente equipada para cocinar sus capturas especiales de cualquiera de sus aventuras de pesca en Port Aransas. El condominio también tiene tres patios privados, uno frente a la piscina del complejo y dos frente al golfo. Levante una silla y disfrute de la vista y escuche las olas. Condo duerme 8. We recommend this condo

We very much enjoyed the condo, beach, and balcony views. The kitchen and living area were great places to hang out. All the pans, dishes, and utensils we needed were there. It was easy to get clean towels, soap, etc.

Overall, our stay was okay, but there were several issues that should be addressed.The parking lot was spacious, but there was broken glass scattered throughout it. The ramp to the front entrance was extremely uneven, making it difficult to use a luggage cart.Our group of seven was provided only six bath towels. When I requested another towel, I was told there was a shortage, though they were able to provide one.About four hours before check-in, management called to let us know the air conditioning wasn’t working but that a repair crew was on the way. We appreciated the notice, but the technicians and equipment were still at the entrance when we arrived after a 6½-hour drive. The AC was repaired, but the two west-facing bedrooms remained warm.The half-bath toilet seat was left up, making it appear the bathroom had not been properly checked. The floors were dirty throughout the condo, and the kitchen towels were stained and looked unclean.The checkout instructions required guests to strip the beds. We have stayed in many vacation rentals and have never been expected to remove bed linens. That seemed unreasonable for paying guests.The beds were comfortable, which was a plus.Guests were not allowed to park in the first two rows because they were reserved for homeowners, leaving only three handicap spaces, which were occupied throughout our stay. Also, use extra caution when exiting the property during heavy traffic, as visibility can be challenging.

Heavenly View

This Condo unit was AMAZING. Spacious throughout with a view of the beach that is SPECTACULAR. Condo has everything plus extra. Towels, beach towels and shampoo/conditioner. The property even has chairs/loungers at the end of the boardwalk where the beach starts. Pool amazing and Staff extra friendly. Great location on the beach, away from the bustle of Port A. We definitely will stay here again . It made great memeories for our annual SISTER TIME.

Great getaway

Prime location on the beach no need to haul alot of equipment sea gull sets up a canopy and a couple of chairs... nice size pool and hot tub

Great views, close to beach, beautiful condo!

We booked very late for the 1st portion of the Thanksgiving week & picked it based on it's amazing views of the gulf. Have never stayed this far away from Port A, but it was just wonderful! And we loved how the condos were so close to the beach. And the inside of the condo was just beautiful! Loved it! Would absolutely stay there again!

Clean and professional

Clean and beautifully decorated condo with great views of the beach and pool. I did read other reviews that it was located right near the staircase which made it convenient for pool access. At the time I did not think this was a big deal but after staying there, I did appreciate the convenience of the location and found this to be easy to go to the grill and pool as well as to go to and from the parking lot and the beach using the stairs instead of the elevator. There was enough space for my mother, my two nieces and myself. I loved how I could see the beach from the kitchen. There are two great balconies on the beach side and two balconies on the pool side. I would most definitely rent this unit again. The only complaint would be that the TV in one of the bedrooms did not have access to any cable or satellite channels. The maintenance man tried to make this work but he could not. The staff at the property was extremely professional. All of our needs for extra shampoo or towels were met immediately.

Love the location away from crowds!

The beach access is so easy and the beach set suited our needs perfectly. Only downside was construction over us started at 6:30 am and pool was supposed to close at 10 pm but people didn’t respect it. Hard to put toddlers down. Plus side, everything was clean, mask were used and sanitizer was in use. Request rooms away from pool. Views great!

Great stay at the beach

Condo location is great for going to/from the beach or pool. You can skip the elevator and just use the stairs right outside the door. Only negative was the wifi. The kids complained constantly about poor connection, lost connection, and generally made all their devices unusable. I had to use cellular to do pretty much anything.

Beautiful condo and ocean view

You have a wonderful place! It was so nice to be able to go walk on the beach when we woke up and build sand castles in the afternoon. Your place was absolutely beautiful and a lovely place to stay. We can’t wait until the next time we come down. You are our new favorite place to stay!

Perfect Stay in Port A

This condo was perfect for our family. Besides being beautifully decorated and furnished, the layout was great. This is an end unit which meant that there are views from every bedroom. The front king has views of the Gulf. The other two bedrooms have views of the pool — plus they had their own bathroom and, thus, formed a suite. Because the condo is on the second floor, it is easy to get downstairs and out to the beach and pool easily—we didn’t need to use the elevator. The owners thought of everything: the kitchen is well stocked with utensils and such plus there are games, DVDs, and books to keep everyone happy.
