  • Unidad 108L es un primer piso remodelado condominio de 1 habitación y 1 baño con capacidad para 4 personas. La suite principal tiene una cama king y baño adjunto con cabina de ducha equipada con un banco y barras de apoyo. Hay dos otomanas móviles que se pueden convertir en camas gemelas para dormir adicional. La cocina, la sala y el comedor tienen vista al Golfo. La cocina cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, gabinetes a medida y encimeras de cuarzo de alta gama. Otras comodidades: TV de pantalla plana por cable en el dormitorio y sala de estar; Wi-Fi gratis; pisos de baldosas en todo, balcón con mesas y sillas de altura de balcón con vista al Golfo y un patio privado en la planta baja rodeado de un muro de privacidad con parrilla eléctrica. El patio inferior tiene una salida privada para acceder a la playa sin usar el vestíbulo principal.

Perfect Vacation

My parents stayed here for a vacation we have them. They have raved about it since they got home and was very happy the pictures matched the property! We would definitely book here again.

Beachfront Condo

Wonderful stay at beautiful condo. Great deck you can see the water from and wonderful ground level patio. About as close as you can get to the water in the Corpus/Port A area!

Beachside escape

Nicely updated one-bedroom condo, awesome of the gulf, very short walk on boardwalk to the beach! The Sea Gull building has a staffed front desk, common area pool with large deck. This unit has a small balcony with Adirondack chairs to sit on and watch the sea gulls soar over the beach and dunes. Convenient location on Mustang Island between Port A and Corpus, which meant we had only a short drive to restaurants. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Unit was clean and comfortable.

Perfect Port A Place

I’m not too familiar with Port A (or vacation rentals) but am so glad I found this bright spot. This property is basically on the beach - and our unit was steps from the walkway to the sand. Such a well maintained rental with a super comfy bed and upgraded amenities. I wish I booked this longer. This unit was also just the perfect size for me, the husband and two kids under 10. We all had a blast!

Great Beach Access

Our condo was wonderful—very clean, spacious kitchen, well stocked with towels/linens-beach towels in the lobby, comfortable bed, wall of floor to ceiling windows/sliders-EXCELLENT ocean view. It was a first level unit so it included a deck with stairs down to a private patio and gate with steps to the short beach boardwalk-very convenient. Definitely would return!

Beautiful views of the ocean

Our condo on the first floor was perfect. Great ocean view with only a short boardwalk down to the beach. When you’re on the first floor you don’t have to fight for an elevator! Great furnishings and comfortable bed. Very private terrace.

Beautiful location. Peaceful.

The property was very well kept. like new. Beautiful location. Views of the beach were amazing. The weather was not great so will have to book this property again in the Spring and/or Summer.
