Just minutes away from the fresh seafood markets of Port Aransas, this beach condo is fully stocked in the kitchen for those who like to cook. The full length windows in the living room allow for the best ocean view while eating, cooking or relaxing on the couch. The TV in the living room is a 32” flat screen accompanied with a DVD player and Time Warner Cable. The simplicity of the décor in this condo provides a perfected beach environment. The walls are a soothing pale blue with a light tile throughout the entire condo to match and coastal white accents. You can't go wrong with this beach get away!
The master suite offers a comfortable King sized bed and attached private bathroom. A mounted 32” flat screen TV with a DVD player, full sized closet, and a cozy small chair makes this beach themed room convenient with a touch of elegance. This roomy and private bathroom has a full size bath tub with shower capabilities and a single sink countertop.
The guest bedroom has a single queen sized bed, a mounted 32” flat screen and is fully furnished with dressers and a closet with mirrored doors.
The second bathroom, attached to guest bedroom and also the hallway, is slightly remodeled in a white washed fashion. The backsplash has single white tiles and a beautiful white marble counter top. This bathroom offers a full sized tub with sliding glass doors, also providing shower capabilities.

We had a great time. The condo was clean and beautiful. We enjoyed the view and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. We rented umbrellas and chairs for the first time and that was nice and more than convenient!

Sunrise view every morning

We had a great time! Loved being so close to the beach and having the beautiful ocean view. We watched the sunrise over the ocean every morning. Would stay here again.

Long weekend getaway

Nice location on the beach with easy access to beach and short drive to restaurants. Heated Pool and hot tub was really nice. Others had commented on how sliding glass door needs fixed it is a pain to open. Only downfall is they need to have 2 more high top chairs on deck. When 2 couples stay like we had it is not convenient when you are on deck to have an evening drink or morning coffee and not seating for everyone. It is a nice view and we enjoy sitting outside. It would have been nice if there was more of the everyday items in kitchen dishwasher soap, more than one roll of paper products, cooking spray, more than one dishrag and towel. The kitchen was pretty minimal compared to what we usually see in the other VRBOs we have stayed in. Overall really nice place.

Beach Bliss

Gorgeous property, and so close to the beach! The views of the gulf were amazing! The property was beautifully appointed and had a fully-stocked kitchen with modern appliances. I loved that there was free beach lounge chairs to use, a lovey short board walk, a large hot tub and pool, billiards, a ping pong table and BBQ grills. The check in process is so easy with a front desk that is manned 24 hours. We hope to stay again!

This is a great property and location.

This property is very nice. Plenty of room and an excellent water view. The complex is well maintained for its age and has great community areas. The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. The beach access is excellent and the availability of shade canopies and chairs for a reasonable fee is a bonus. The only complaint I have is the sliding glass door to the balcony is a real struggle to use. It really needs some repair.

Average experience

The Port Aransas area is coming back strong. There is new construction and remodeling everywhere. At this Sandpiper unit, the remodel post-Hurricane Harvey seems to have been done hastily and without attention to detail. The sliding door to the small balcony (only room for 3 chairs) was almost inoperable. It appears the the track of the door is worn completely out. When reported to the property manager, the request for repair was met with near indifference and never addressed. The joints at many areas around the unit (floor at molding across main living area, for example) have never been caulked. Covers to electrical outlets and switches have been replaced but he outlets and switches themselves are grimy and yellowed with age. The unit appears to have a washer and dryer but both are behind locked doors. The furnishings are in good shape and comfortable. Cable and internet worked well. Front desks and beach staff are courteous. Beach chairs/canopy rentals are very inexpensive and in good shape. Overall, it was an OK experience at a premium price.

Relaxing with a beautiful view

Everything was perfect! The only drawback was how far it was to restaurants. Taxi cab $26 each way. Ubers and Lifts are not allowed in Port A.
