The Sandpiper Condominiums Unit 505 is a gorgeous 3 Bedroom, 2 ½ Bathroom Condo. This unit is located in the middle of the 5th floor and is large and spacious with gorgeous beachfront views of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit was remodeled in the spring of 2013 with brand new furniture and appliances. Getting into relaxation mode is not a problem while staying in this beautiful 3 bedroom condo.
Completely remodeled, this 3 bedroom unit is satisfactory to a King! The Kitchen is gorgeously designed with a unique backsplash, gorgeous granite counter tops, and coastal themed cabinets. All appliances are brand new and the Kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. The Breakfast Bar has seating for 5 atop the lovely granite while the round Dining Table, located in front of the balcony windows, offer amazing ocean views for the family during meals. Comfortable and inviting, the Living Room couches are made for relaxing especially with the advantage of the ocean front views this unit has to offer. There is a 46” flat screen TV with a Blu-Ray player connected.
Large and spacious, the Master Suite has an inviting King sized bed and access to the balcony allowing for beachside views from the comfort of your pillow. There is a 32” flat screen TV in this room. The attached Master Bathroom provides ultimate privacy and plenty of room for two. The granite counter top has double sinks and plenty of space for all personal items while the walk in shower provides space for toiletries on the shelves.
There is a Half Bathroom in the hallway for convenience to the entire group while the Second Bathroom is only steps away from the Guest Bedrooms. This Second Bathroom has a full sized bath tub and beautiful granite counter tops. Each of the Guest Bedrooms are accommodating for your guests with furnishings and full sized closets as well as flat screen TV's. The 2nd Bedroom has a King with a 39” flat screen TV; while the 3rd Bedroom has a Queen and a Twin sized bed with a 40” flat screen TV with Blu-Ray connected.

Interior bedrooms could have had more ceiling lights, or been connected to the light switch. Small patch of possible water damage in secondary bathroom. Amazing appliance and well stocked kitchen. Electric griddle could have been cleaned better by the previous guests. Amazing views from living room and primary suite. Great location for relaxing beach vacation. Mostly great stay

The accommodations were very nice. The main issues were the water alarm that kept continuously going off. The water shut off on me while in the shower with shampoo in my hair. The other issue was the power continually going off. We had ice cream and other items in the freezer that thawed and we had to go out to eat meals when we had food at the condo that couldn’t be cooked. The unit was very well maintained and generously equipped.

Sand Piper Condo #505

This condo is Wonderfull!! We loved the separation of the bedrooms, as well as the excellently appointed kitchen. Of course, the view on the balcony was marvelous, and the furniture on the balcony was perfect. We only had one complaint, which was the ice maker was leaking and causing big clumps of ice in the tray. However, we reported it to the staff, and they initiated a work order. We had a GREAT time!!!

Perfect Beachfront Paradise

Beautiful Condo! Incredible Views!! Clean! Comfortable, relaxing furniture…excellent layout that allows privacy as well as large gatherings. Love the management team…..very helpful and always smiling….ready to help* Really enjoyed the sunrises from our balcony and the sunsets from the front community decks……as well as the live music on Saturday. We can not wait to come back!

Great apartment

We loved the place, it was well stocked and did not have any issues. We will stay there again when we come back. Thank you. One small note is that the bath tub was draining slow, may want to check it out. But it is a minor maintenance issue.

Great Stay at 505

What a great property! The rooms were perfect sizes with great closets. The bathrooms were perfect and well done. The decor was just perfect as well. The kitchen had all appliances we needed. The view had to be the best part of all. The location was further from stores but that was just fine with us as we wanted to be near the beach. Our only request would be to have a washer and dryer in the unit--but totally understand there is on on the property. We will come again for sure! Can't say enough good things about this place!

Amazing Rental

Family vacation of 7, 5 adults and 2 kids for 5 nights. Wish it could have been longer. View was spectacular with comfy furniture to sit in and enjoy sunrise. Inside, kitchen was well equipped for any cooking needs. All beds were super comfortable with supportive pillows. Extremely clean. Front desk and housekeeping were friendly, attentive to your needs and professional. Will stay again.

Perfect for me

I was very happy with the quality of our place, the furnishings, the decor, and everything. It was very peaceful, the beds were comfortable, I loved it all. The only thing I would change is to get a washer/dryer. The staff made the place perfect. Everyone was wonderful. Always fresh towels, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, help asap when our key card thing’s battery was out. We were sitting on back porch watching sunset and the maintenance came and fixed the propane on the fire pit for us. It was amazingly quick. All done with a smile. Loved all the games in the unit as well. Everything was just perfect. The teens would have loved more to do within walking distance, but it is only a short drive and they will have a license next year. I just loved it.

Loved it!!

The first room we stayed in was beautiful with an amazing view. When our air conditioning stopped working, the staff was so kind and helpful and put us into another similar unit, also with a beautiful view. We also used the hot tub every night which was fun! Even with the hiccup of having to move to a different unit I would totally recommend the Sandpiper. I want to come back and stay with my husband next time!

Tranquility for the soul

Property is very nice and clean. Property has a lot of your every day essentials that you would use at your home. Furniture and decor are cozy and bright and, the beds are comfortable. Great 3 bedroom condo

I took my wife, our 2 teens and 2 of their friends. The condo was great. Access to the beach was really easy. I recommend paying for the umbrellas/chairs to be set up on the beach. We all had a great time. The condo is run a bit like a hotel. Towels for the beach were easy to get and use. The boardwalk is a short walk to the beach. HIghly recommend this place!
