    Unidad del Sandpiper Condominium 403 es un 2 dormitorios / 2 baños condominio frente a las hermosas playas de Mustang Island. El cuarto piso ofrece una vista excepcional y esta unidad en particular ofrece sillas del patio de altura que le permiten ver las vistas de la playa; sin el bloqueo balcón. El cuarto piso es sólo un corto paseo por el ascensor a la playa, vestíbulo y terraza zona.

    Ven a disfrutar de las playas de Port Aransas sin las multitudes de la ciudad en este acogedor condominio en la 4ª planta. Los muebles de la sala de estar están invitando para miradas al mar desde el sofá ya que las ventanas ofrecen excelentes vistas directamente al Golfo de México. Hay un "televisor de pantalla plana 55 en la sala de estar y un reproductor de DVD conectado. De la cocina todavía se puede disfrutar de la vista mientras prepara la cena.

    El dormitorio de invitados tiene 2 camas individuales y una "pantalla plana de 24. Conveniente y lo suficientemente cerca para emergencias nocturnas, el segundo baño está conectado a la habitación de invitados y tiene una bañera de tamaño completo con capacidades de ducha.

This is a stunning condo. Clean and beautifully furnished with astonishing ocean views. The balcony is very private.

Wonderful view, clean condo and great staff

Overall everything went smooth and the view from the room is excellent. The room was clean and the cleaning staff works extra hard here and it shows. Well done!

Great experience

We were really pleased with our rental over New Years. The location was great - nice quiet section of beach. The Sandpiper itself was really nice, even though parts of it are being renovated. You check in through the front desk and the staff there is super nice - it feels more like staying in a hotel than other rentals we have used (meant as a compliment!) Our ONLY complaint is very minor - the written description of the unit mistakenly said that the second bathroom had a tub when it only has a standing shower. This made things a little difficult with our toddler, but we could make it work.

Nice place, but our stay was filled with issues. We sent multiple emails prior to arrival to ask about the cost to rent chairs/umbrellas, not a single response. Told upon check-in that umbrellas aren't put out until Memorial Day. Elevators were under "modernization update" which meant only 1 was working the entire time. No prior notice that this would be going on. A/C broke on day 3. Spent all day waiting for repair to only be told at almost 9 pm that it couldn't be fixed and we had to move to another unit. Incontinent, but no problem, things happen. Was told by front desk clerk that we would receive a 30% refund for the issue and Manager would call us. No call. Asked to speak with the Manager, Manager refused, then tried to give us 60. Asked to speak with Manager again, Manager again refused. Finally had to go through another desk clerk to communicate with the Manager to get a larger refund. Pool and hot tub were nice, but no one ever, ever cleaned them. Nice facility with great potential, horrible management.

Loved this place!

My husband and 3 kids under 5 stayed for 3 nights and couldn't have been any happier. The staff was friendly and the online check-in was incredibly easy. Beach access was fantastic, the kitchen was well equipped and the views were stunning. We will definitely be back.

Great location. Wonderful beach!

Beach is wonderful! Condo is just outside of Port A so nice and quiet. I love that you can drive on the beach! Was perfect for those chilly days when kids still wanted to swim, but it was a little cold for me. Condo was clean and remodeled. Master mattress was not good and I actually slept on the couch. One side was caved in-almost like the box spring had been broken and there was no support. It was fine as I’d crack the slider and listen to the ocean!

Spring break with the family

We highly enjoyed our stay at the sandpaper condominiums! Unit 403 was extremely clean and had all the necessary items we needed to cook, relax and enjoy your stay. The location is perfect! I highly recommend this unit.

Beach Getaway

This was our first beach getaway with our one and a half-year-old son and he had a fabulous time! The condo was clean and very nicely decorated. We can’t wait to stay again!

Pretty Good

This property is in a good location with great views of the beach. I felt that the individual unit (Room 403) was pretty good but still needed a little improvement (front door was not trimmed out, and the glass sliding door to the back poor is fairly rusted out). Overall, I would give this property a B+.
