Roomy 3 Bedroom Condo Near The Beach!

This spacious 3 Story unit is located in The Meridian in Port Aransas. For you beach lovers, it is located right next to (beach) Access Road 1A. Take the easy 2 block drive to the beach. At the end of a fun filled day at the beach drive back to a comfortable condo with plenty to do for everyone... 4 flat screen TV's, a fully equipped kitchen and a pool right with a hot tub. And less than 5 minutes La Palmilla Golf Club golf course. Less than 5 minutes from downtown if you want to enjoy nightlife or catch a Deep Sea or Bay Fishing trip.

The first floor has the front entry foyer, private bedroom suite with a queen bed, full bathroom featuring double granite vanity & walk-in large shower, carport and garage. The second floor has an open kitchen with stainless appliances, living and dining area with wood flooring, utility room that includes a washer and dryer, powder room, & large balcony. Third floor has two bedrooms with Jack and Jill bathroom.

Port Aransas Beach: Enjoy the 6.3 miles of beach along the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Parking a car on the beach requires a $12 annual sticker that can be purchased at City Hall (710 W. Avenue A), from local convenience stores or from vendors located on the beach. The sticker is valid until December 31 and allows the vehicle to park along the beach from the City Limit at Lantana Dr near Horace Cladwell Pier through Port Aransas Beach to the Kleberg County line (south of Bob Hall Pier). Free Parking areas in the City limits include between the Jetties and Horace Caldwell Pier and between Markers 52-58.

The City of Port Aransas provides trash cans along the beach.

Between the sand dunes and the wooden post markers, the beach is a two-lane Texas roadway, subject to all applicable traffic laws.

Port Aransas Beach Guards oversee the beach area from Avenue G south to Sandcastle Drive from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Stayed at Clint's place for Labor Day weekend for my daughter's 23rd birthday and surprise marriage proposal. Place was excellent and just a short drive to the beach. Neighborhood was amazing and so was Clint. Very prompt with replies to questions. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful and comfortable

The condo was located very close to the beach. Upon enetering it smelled fresh and clean. It was beautifully decorated and accommodating.Only "issue" was parking. Very tight and hard to get in to. Pool was perfect for a refreshing dip after the beach.

Cute three story condo near the beach

It was a very cute place, smartly decorated. The host was available and communicated quickly. My Grand son accidentally left his flight school books in his bedroom and the host had his cleaning people find them and then overnighted them to us. We would stay here anytime!!

Family retreat

Great property for a group. If you have small kids, be forewarned that the master is on floor 1 and the other bedrooms are two flights of stairs away, but I think its a great arrangement for a group of friends or even if the kids are able to take care of themselves. Parking is TIGHT, it's almost an issue, but we were able to cope. Sand seems to get everywhere, but we felt the place was clean.

Always a great stay

This is my family’s 2nd time staying here and we will be back. The place is clean, kitchen is well stocked and Clint is quick to respond if you need anything. The golf cart is convenient to rent and helpful for a quick ride to the beach or into town.

Perfect!

This condo was perfect for our adult group of 5 and there was plenty of room for everyone! The online pics are accurate and the beachy decor was fun. This condo is very user-friendly with the well-furnished living and dining areas on the second floor. Everyone agreed that the beds were super comfy and the A/C worked like a champ on all 3 floors. The location is excellent for access to the beach and ease of getting into town via golfcart. Check in / Check out was a breeze and Clint was easy to communicate with before and during our trip. Parking at the complex was fine for us, but I imagine it could be challenging during the high season.

Great location, really cute condo, nice furnishings

This rental is a good location relative to the beach and town. The condo is spacious, really cutely decorated, nicely appointed, and the mattresses are incredibly comfortable! The owner is very communicative and helpful. The only downside is the parking situation is a little tight if you plan to have two cars.

The condo itself was great! There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and the beds were comfy. The location to the beach was nice. But the parking was frustrating and poorly designed, esp if you drive a full sized vehicle.

It was a good stay but noticed when arriving there was food on the table and nail clipping on the floor and a dirty towel but other then that it was nice and comfy and very nice but at the end owner got rude… which ruined it.

Terrible Parking situation on a Holiday weekend

Property overall had everything needed for stay. Owner was nice and offered early check in due to room being available sooner. There are three floors, which I wish I would’ve read better (my fault) it was a lot of stairs with having two elderly parents, a pregnant sister, and two toddlers. Glad we brought baby gates. Parking was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a rental property. Given it was a holiday weekend, but we were told we would have two parking spaces, but were not informed that second sparking space is pretty much first come and that second parking space is a double up (one car parks behind another locking it in) so you must be available at all times to move your vehicle. We were really disappointed when coming home from dinner each day and finding someone in our parking spot, having to park at another property blocks down one night. (There is no room to park down the street as it is a very narrow two lane street). Parking issue is not property owners fault, but I will never again stay at the meridian for this reason. There is a garage which we would have hoped to park in, but instead there is a large golf cart in there, which is an additional $100+ a day if we wanted to rent. We were a family of 8 and were given two trash bags for 4 days/3 nights, also laundry detergent is not provided which was disappointing due to already hauling around a lot of stuff on vacation. Owner was able to send a couple more trash bags the second day with a couple of laundry tabs.
