    Village by the Beach I910, una unidad del primer piso, es un alojamiento de primera clase en la costa del Golfo de Texas. Venga y disfrute de una de las lujosas propiedades en alquiler de Village by the Beach. Si necesita una escapada de fin de semana o unas vacaciones de una semana, le encantará la comodidad y la comodidad de este complejo familiar.     INTERIOR
    Venga a disfrutar viendo a sus hijos chapotear en la piscina de su propio patio privado. Esta propiedad junto a la piscina ofrece a los huéspedes el disfrute de estar junto a la piscina, pero también la privacidad de ser una unidad final. Otro beneficio de estar en la unidad final es que tiene la caminata más corta a sus dos lugares de estacionamiento reservados, lo cual es realmente agradable en esos días de carga y descarga.
    Por dentro encontraras
    La cocina bien equipada se abre a la barra de desayuno, comedor y sala de estar, lo cual es ideal para entretener a grupos más grandes. Toda la propiedad está equipada con muebles cómodos y decoración costera. Al pasar por la cocina, encontrar�� la lavandería, el baño de invitados y luego el dormitorio de invitados. El dormitorio de invitados cuenta con un televisor de pantalla plana, una cama tamaño queen y dos literas. El siguiente es el dormitorio principal con TV de pantalla plana, cama king size y baño privado.
    ESTA ES UNA UNIDAD AMIGABLE PARA PERROS PARA PERROS HASTA 35 LBS.

    Ropa de cama para cada cama y toallas de baño para cada huésped se proporcionan. Se requiere una estadía mínima de dos noches. Los invitados contratados de Padre Escapes deben tener 25 a��os de edad o más. El huésped debe tener una licencia de conducir del estado u otra identificación aceptable.

Beautiful condo with immediate access to the pool and very quick access to the beach. I loved that the reserved parking was directly behind the condo. The condo itself was very nice. High ceilings, granite kitchen counter tops, and super comfortable beds made for a great stay. We would definitely book again.

We did have some sugar ants join us at one point but we made sure to place anything that would attract them in the fridge. Love being near the pool and the beach.

Unit numbers are very confusing since there are a few with same numbers. Only issue was the tv’s kept losing connection and wouldn’t work. We were able to get the one in the living room and master working but the one in the other room never worked during our stay.

Nice washer/dryer, appliances and porch furniture. The bed in the master bedroom was the worst we have ever slept on and you could hear it cracking and breaking, etc.when my husband got up, turned over. You could hear it throughout the condo. The pool area is wonderful, parking is close to beaches and golf cart rentals are in abundance. Loved it in spite of the furnishings.

Great place to stay for families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in i910k which was super close to the large pool. I loved that we did not have to climb stairs to get to the bedroom and keep small children safe. Only problem we had was not able to get the TV to work in the living room. Condo was very clean, cool, and the bed was very comfy. Music on Friday nite from the pool was too loud and they didn’t honor the 10 pm quiet time so anyone with elderly or small children may have hard time sleeping till the music stopped. Overall we love village by the beach.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at the complex but would most likely not stay again in the same unit. We were a bit disappointed that we were unable to enjoy sitting on the patio due to the excessive amount of bird droppings all over the cushions and table. Felt it could have been cleaned up prior to our stay. The water pressure on the master bathroom sink was little to none and the 2nd bathroom bathtub would not drain. A wifi password was provided but it would not connect. However, loved the pool and close proximity to the beach. Will definitely stay here again just not in this unit.

Mother's Day Weekend Mini Vacation

Reviewer Comments: This unit was super clean, well equipped in the kitchen, beds were comfy, location was good, dog friendly, very spacious and the list goes on. The pool was beautiful and heated, it was barely pushing lukewarm so it could have been warmer but it was ok. Definitely would love a large hot tub. Walking distance to the beach. Could use an HEB or Walmart a little closer but there are convenience stores around the corner. We however did run into a problem with the sleeping arrangement. It started that there was a credenza (pull out bed) in the livingroom however one the 1st night 2 of my guest had no where to sleep which was very upsetting for us all! We had a breaker flip for the 2 bathrooms which they did walk us through getting that fixed right away. Overall it was a 4* place for us and we will be staying again in a bigger unit next time.

Perfect getaway

I absolutely love Village by the Beach condos. The locations and proximity to the beach and the clean and spacious pool, just perfect! We did have one small issue this time, where the security guard came around 9:30 pm to the pool area when several other families and we were enjoying the opportunity to enjoy the pool without all the heat. He told everyone they had to be put by 10pm. Having had to resign my agreement:contract, I had read over all the rules, etc. The one in question here was that the pool was supposed to be open 10-10 Monday - Friday but Saturday & Sunday until 11. I spoke to the security guard and explained and he was very dismissive and said "I have to go by the sign". So, it was a bit disappointing and a bit bothersome that we are signing an agreement and although guests must adhere to the agreement, the condo/rental agency does not. Hopefully that will be resolved and sign updated, to avoid others being inconvenienced. Overall, this is still our condo of choice when visiting Corpus Christi.

Great!

We came down for an end of summer weekend with two parents and 5 teenage girls. The condo had plenty of space, was clean and modern. The pool sat in the middle of all of the units and was spacious as well. Short, walkable distance to the beach via two different ways. Would highly recommend!
