This well kept, perfectly maintained and beautifully updated 3 Bedroom (1 King, 1 Queen, Bunks, Sleeper), 3 Bathroom, 2 Living, classic Port A home is ready for your group to enjoy being close to the beach, making memories around a fire pit, cooling off or warming up in the seasonally heated (with fee) pool, and being close to everything you want to be in Port A. Reel Time Beach House is a true icon of Port Aransas. Situated right off of highly desired 11th Street, famous for beachgoers, you can be at the beach in less than 5 minutes. Drive up to Reel Time, allowing 3-4 vehicles (depending on size) and boat parking and golf cart parking are allowed here, you'll see why this classic beach house has pulled you in with inviting curb appeal.

Guests can rent a golf cart from Coastal Eds! We encourage you to book the golf cart with Coastal Eds as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee availability if you choose to delay booking.

Reel Time Beach House will steal your heart with its vintage feel of Port A but with all of the updates and modern conveniences you'll expect for your perfect Port Aransas vacation. You'll walk into a large living, dining and kitchen area for a spacious, open concept. What a great place to relax or gather with friends and family to watch TV, play cards or games, dine at the dining table or enjoy snacks at the breakfast bar.

The open kitchen is well stocked with everything you'll need to prep, cook, serve and dine for those who love to spend time in the kitchen.

Reel Time has 3 bedrooms, 1 King Bedroom Suite with private bathroom on the main floor downstairs, 1 Queen Bedroom Upstairs with private bathroom and private deck, perfect for sunrise or sunset views, and a Bunk Room with Twin/Full/Twin set up, also upstairs. You'll have a 3rd full bathroom upstairs as well.

Upstairs, along with the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, you'll also have a 2nd living area with sleeper sofa, complete with TV and a kitchenette. Great space for kids, teens or a 2nd family/group to share the house with you. Right outside this upstairs 2nd living also has private deck. Easy to grab coffee at the kitchenette (no need to wake anyone downstairs) and take in a sunset on your private deck.

For those who come to Port A for outdoor fun, the backyard has a private pool, fire pit, outdoor dining space and you can open the garage for outdoor covered space. Enjoy sun loungers and a hammock for those afternoon naps. The washer and dryer are also in the garage for guest use.

- Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time.
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee but must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
- Please note that pool heat is only available between Oct 1st & April 30th.
- The pool temperature is not guaranteed. The pool temperature may vary depending on the weather and outside air temperature.
- This home allows up to 2 dogs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.
- This property is not part of the Island Retreat Community and, therefore, does not have access to its amenities.
- To access the washer and dryer, please exit through the back door, turn right, and walk straight to the garage door. Once inside, the washer and dryer will be located on your left.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
