They can build sandcastles, play in the waves, and search for hidden treasures. When they find a seashell, they might imagine it to be a magical portal to another world, or a message from a mermaid. Adults also find joy in discovering treasures on the beach. For some, it's a way to reconnect with their childhood sense of wonder. For others, it's a way to appreciate the beauty and mystery of the natural world and turn a piece of driftwood with a unique shape and texture into a piece of art, or use it to build a birdhouse. Mayan Princess 301 is your perfect Port Aransas beach vacation home to serve as basecamp while on your Mustang Island adventure.

Mayan Princess 301 is an updated two-bedroom split level condo comprising the 3rd and 4th floors boasts beautiful ocean views from two balconies with one off the living room and the other off the master bedroom. Brand new windows and blinds in kitchen and guest bedroom and new ceiling fans in living area, master and guest bedrooms! Just a few minutes' walk to the beach down the private boardwalk or enjoy the sun at one of the Mayan's three tropical pools!

Living Area

After fun-filled days at the beach, relax in the open living room featuring two sofas (one sleeper) and two accent chairs. Gather around for your favorite show or movie on the 70” flat-screen TV. Explore the DVDs, games/puzzles and book selection to further enhance your relaxing family stay. For your convenience, there is a downstairs half bath and washer/dryer.

Kitchen & Dining

The kitchen is equipped with a range of appliances including a smooth top electric range, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, mini crockpot, and toaster. This fully-stocked kitchen has all the tools you need to fix a nice hot breakfast with coffee or a relaxing dinner. Enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast bar with seating for four. Relaxing dinners can be served at the table for six. Al fresco dining can be enjoyed at the dining/drink bar located on the balcony off the living area!

Primary En-suite

This primary bedroom features a brand new king size bed, two nightstands, dresser and ceiling fan. Each nightstand has a table lamp with hotel style USB and AC Power Outlet to charge your cell phone or tablet overnight. Master bedroom also has a 42” TV. Relax after a long day at the beach in the en-suite bathroom including a two-person shower with wall-mounted shower head or hand-held shower head!

Guest En-suite

This guest bedroom and en-suite bathroom are perfect to relax, renew and refresh in! New window, blinds, and curtains ensure a restful night's sleep, and a new ceiling fan helps to keep this room the perfect temperature. This room has a queen size bed with plenty of closet/storage space to accommodate your beach apparel.

Outdoor Areas

This 3rd/4th floor end unit condo has two large balconies to enjoy! Take in the coastal views from the lower balcony in one of the two Adirondack chairs or two counter height chairs. The upper balcony located off the master bedroom has cozy Adirondack seating for two. As a guest of the Mayan Princess Condominium Resort, you'll enjoy access to numerous amenities, including an outdoor hot tub, private boardwalk, and three tropical pools (the deeper pool is open year-round and heated during the cooler months). Also available are water volleyball, a sand pit for beach volleyball, as well as a horseshoe pit. All sporting items can be checked out and returned to the front desk. Poolside BBQ pits and picnic tables are available on a first come basis.

Mayan Princess 301 is accessible by elevators behind the lobby or staircase on the North end of the building.
2 bedroom Unit, 2 1/2 bathroom, Maximum Occupancy of 6 - Maximum occupancy limits are enforced.
Cooking is NOT allowed on the patios or balconies. BBQ pits are located at the pool area.
All parties must be 25 years of age or older, unless accompanied by a parent.

Beautiful condo.

This condo was gorgeous! My only complaint would be with the Mayan Princess property. During a pandemic, I was uncomfortable with the fact employees at reception were not wearing masks. The beach in front of condo also had a lot of trash. I would also recommend that Island Time Property share with potential renters what extra cleaning is taking place and consider a 24 hour wait between guests. Consumers need greater assurance during this difficult time and in the end, it will only strengthen your brand.
