The house that has it all. If you’re looking for a vacation rental with loads of fun inside & out, you’ve found it! Shore Havin Fun is a 5/3 home that is impeccably designed with vibrant coastal colors & features multiple gaming spaces, gorgeous balcony views & a private pool oasis with kids pool.
The open-concept living space features a large, fully-stocked kitchen, perfect for whipping up gourmet meals. Enjoy your meals around the breakfast bar or at the dining room table. The living room has a comfortable sectional sofa and a shuffleboard table for added fun. Snuggle up and watch a movie on the large flat-screen TV.
**Must be 25 or older to rent**
The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom. The master king bedroom also offers a door to the back patio that overlooks the pool and back yard area. The two guest bedrooms each offer queen-size beds with flat-screen TVs. The fourth bedroom located down stair has a separate private entrance and offers when you first walk in two queen size beds, a flat-screen TV. Downstairs you also have the guest bathroom with walk in shower. Then you a large open fifth bedroom with two more queen size beds and foosball game. This room also has direct access to the pool. Spend your days lazing around the private pool oasis, splash in the kiddie pool or roast marshmallows at night in the fire pit.

While the house overall and the location was great, we were disappointed in several things during our stay. The management company said we would have a starter pack of some items, but we quickly found that the house did not have enough or not at all of any of those items. (For example, they told me we would have two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, there was not, and in the master bathroom there was less than a half a roll.) There was not enough shampoo/conditioner for each of the bathrooms, and they left us with a very empty bottle for dishwashing soap. The kitchen did not have any dish towels. It was advertised that we would have a dish sponge, but the sponge under the sink had been used - it was disgusting. When we opened the washer, we found a pair of underwear that was not ours. In the master bedroom, the fitted sheet and sheet cover did not fit the bed, so every morning the sheets came off the bed in a big mess. The beds overall were uncomfortable. It was clear to us that this property while having some nice things about it, was not rental ready, and the cleaning crew forgot several things before they allowed us to check in. I tried to communicate with the host about our toilet paper situation, but they never responded to me, so we ended up spending a lot of money to replace some of the toiletry items that were advertised but not there. Very disappointed.

New Years Getaway

We were excited to find a place to accommodate all 13 of us! We rent beach homes at least twice a year, so we’ve been in several. Upon arrival there were no problems with door codes. We inspected rooms and outdoor area. First, there was trash along fence line and later discovered a dirty food tray in the bbq pit. We searched for the temp adjuster for the “spa” and found none. One of the kids came up saying the downstairs sink was clogged. I called the number listed on the wall that answers calls 24/7. No one answered- left message. No return call. During dinner we at sat around the large wooden table only to find the table top was NOT secured to the base as an pressure on table edges caused it to lift up! We nearly missed several accidents, also noticed the cross bar on seat bench was broken. Around 10p I saw a missed call registered from the property, but phone never rang and no message was left. I checked the Vrbo app we used and there was a message stating the house is not equipped with a hot tub nor is it listed that way. It was recommended we could use the heated community pool, which to find out was not heated. Along the way we found the outdoor rocking chair were VERY dirty that we had to clean ourselves to use. The dryer door didn’t close well, and the lint tray was packed w lint from previous renters. TV in pink room would connect so it went unused through our stay. It just didn’t seem like it was ready for us from the last use which seemed like a good while.
