A shared neighborhood pool offers a convenient option to cool off even closer to home or to get in a couple of morning laps before your daily adventures begin. The home is ADA-compliant and inclusive with ground floor access, kitchen and dining, and bedrooms. When you’re ready to find some shade, the outdoor palapa and bar is just the spot. The high-top chairs and built-in tables designed for enjoying afternoon cocktails will make you feel as though you’re in the middle of the Caribbean! Ready to spice things up a bit? The garage has been converted into a game room complete with a ping pong table and pool table. Additionally, the second floor lanai gives you a peek at the ocean plus a view out towards 11th Street where you can stay up to date on the action and easily access restaurants and bars.



After exploring all these amazing outdoor spaces, the indoors will serve as the perfect relaxing retreat. The open floor plan on the ground level offers a wealth of space, seamlessly transitioning one room to the next and ensuring that everyone stays at the center of the action. Plush leather sofa seating in the living room surrounds a large smart TV, creating an immersive scene for a late-night movie. The generous, modern kitchen features glossy countertops and stainless steel appliances, inclusive of a Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, cookware, and dinnerware for all your mealtime needs. Gather the group around the dining room table with seating for 10 for formal meals or a rousing night of games. Additional high-top seating for 4 can be found at the kitchen counter for quick bites and appetizers alike. The second floor also invites you into another living space with comfy couches, smart TV, and view out onto the spacious lanai. If you want to dine outside, the second-floor lanai patio offers plentiful Adirondack seating, an ideal spot for morning sunrise coffee or for dinner watching the sunset, and a view.



This home comfortably sleeps 14 guests between 5 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.



Bedroom #3 includes 2 bunk beds, the first with twin over twin mattress and the second with twin over full. The room also has a smart TV and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.



Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #5 includes a king size bed and smart TV.



The home also includes a half bathroom and an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

-If you are bringing a pet, please be sure to select the total number of pets (limited to 2 pets of no more than 50lbs each) at the time of booking so the pet fee is included. The pet fee is $40 per night for up to 2 pets total. If you do not select this at the time of booking, please contact our Guest Services to ensure you have paid the pet fee before checking in. They will assist with updating your reservation and collecting the appropriate fee. To avoid any additional charges, it’s important to notify us in advance if you’re bringing a pet. All pets must be kept on a leash when outside and cleaned up after at all times. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out!

- Age Requirement: The primary booking guest must be 25 years or older. At least one guest aged 25+ must be present on-site for the entire stay, from check-in through check-out. A valid government-issued ID may be required upon request after booking to verify compliance with this policy.

- The shared pool that is reserved for homes in this area is a short walk from the driveway and just down the street.

- Please note that this home is currently listed for sale. After booking and as applicable, we may reach out during your stay to ask if a brief showing (with advanced notice) could be scheduled. There's no obligation to accommodate a showing and it will be fully subject to your approval - we just want to be upfront about it.

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
