Esta acogedora cabaña de dos dormitorios tendrá que sentir que se ha escapado a un paraíso tropical. Te encantará el patio privado y la excelente ubicación ofrece esta unidad. Miles de playas barridas por el viento son sólo 2-3 minutos en coche y de los restaurantes y tiendas docenas están dentro de un radio de 2 millas. Tomar 10 minutos en coche y disfrutar de las atracciones populares como Mustang Island State Park y Padre Island National Seashore. Y ahora que está a sólo unos pasos del parque totalmente nuevo Schlitterbahn agua! Dar unos pasos por la acera para encontrar la piscina de agua salada de estilo tropical con una sección de aguas poco profundas cascada y para los niños!
    Después de disfrutar de todas estas actividades al aire libre te encantará volver a este confortable cabaña y meterse en la cama de matrimonio en el dormitorio principal o de matrimonio en la habitación de invitados. También hay un sofá cama tamaño queen en la sala de estar para dormir dos personas adicionales. La unidad viene equipada con toallas y ropa de cama para cada huésped y la cocina está totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario para cocinar el desayuno, el almuerzo y la cena. We really enjoyed the inviting, comfortable, roomy atmosphere of the cottage. Very clean, additional linen was available, clear instructions given, a great place to stay!

The house is pet-friendly, but note that the backyard does not have grass - only rocks. The location is nice and comfortable, but host did not communicate via the VRBO app as recommended by VRBO, so communication was sometimes swallowed by emails.

We (my sister and I) stayed in this unit to be close to my aging uncle, who lives in one of the units. We could walk just two units away, so the convenience was perfect.

Convenient and Quiet

We loved the location and the fact that it was quiet. I was able to take a quick jog in the neighborhood and it was so peaceful. The place was clean and well kept.

We had an issue with the dryer, had to run it a couple of times to get everything completely dry. But that didn’t stop us from enjoying our weekend. We can’t wait till our next trip to the island. 😎

I will Never do business with this company again

24hrs before leaving on our family vacation this company sends a text saying they are canceling our reservation for unforeseen circumstances. They were unable to get us another rental. We still ended up driving to Corpus Christi, drove by the location and “we see people walking out of the rental that we had reserved months in advanced” .NEVER AGAIN!!

Great Company and Awesome place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was just as described and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. It was clean and everything functioned as it should. The night before our stay ended, we had to take our 12 y/o to the ER and didn't get back to the property until 4 am. I had left a message with management for a little extra time to check out and they responded early in the morning and told us to take our time with no rush and no charge for going past our 11 am time. They were very courteous and will be the only company I will stay with in the area! Thanks Padre Escapes.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at this location over the last 5 years and I have never had a problem like this before. I will not be staying at this location again. The weeds were overgrown, the pool key did not work, the wifi did not work, the master bathroom sink did not drain, and worst of all we fought off coachroaches from the moment we walked in to the minute we left. Totally disgusted with this rental!

Perfect little Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: These cottages are too cute. Perfect layout with the rooms on opposite sides. Plenty of living room/kitchen/dining room area. We even had a queen blow up and still had plenty of room. The outside area was the best. Water hose to rinse off all your stuff. We kept our fishing gear and ice chests in the back. Just enough privacy! The shared pool was fun. Family friendly and a nice break from the beach. We loved it so much we booked another stay next month. Padre Escapes has been our go to booking for the past 2 years. I will always use them. Very kind, easy to get a hold of (if needed) and always a super nice staff.

Our mini weekend stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Condos are lined up so cute and colorful! The donut shop is right down the road. Our stay was a quite and short one. The condo was nice that it was separated in half with 2 full bathrooms on each side. The furniture is little the couch was small and the dining table was as well. Like a starter home for a couple. The pool is walking distance from the condo maybe about 6 condos down. There is a restroom to use and a outside rinse off station on the gated pool area. The only thing that was upsetting to me was there were roaches in the kitchen area. I pulled out to get a fork and there was a roach. Then few minutes later there was more roaches coming from underneath the bar top in kitchen. I did take pictures and I also used my reservation paper so the date was included. I also called and informed the office of the matter. There’s a AIRFRYER! Whooo hooo

Wonderful 2 month break from winter

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I stayed at this cottage for 2 months this winter and had a wonderful stay. The cottage is nicely located on the Padre Island close to all conveniences. It is in a quiet neighborhood with some units rented and some permanent residents. It a very spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. It is well maintained and managed by Padre escapes who were a very "hands on" company. They even sent us a notice that there was a watermain break nearby and we may be out of water which allowed us time to pick up some extra at the local cvs store. The only shortfall in the well equipped kitchen was the lack of a kettle and no bbq. The beds were very comfortable, the sofa bed, well its a sofa bed , enough said. Great stay, great location and most of all fantastic people!! We are already booked to return to Padre Island. We love being winter Texans!

Located close to everything not to far f on stores. , restaurants, etc..some things we found could be better wast the kitchen. There were no baking pans and the vent hood didn't work. Other than that our stay was awesome!
