Bird in Paradise" at Pelican Roost Townhomes is a 2,000 sf home located close to dining, shops, and the best part of the beach. This is an ideal property for extended or multiple families with 2 living areas, you will have 2 kitchens (1 full, 1 kitchenette), 2 living areas, 2 dining spaces and plenty of beds! Upstairs is a 3bed/2 bath home, downstairs is a separate apartment.
The "main home" is on the 2nd floor and features a king primary suite with 4-poster bed with plush pillow-top mattress, a walk-in closet, walk-in shower w bench, dual sink vanity and blackout curtains. Other bedrooms upstairs are a queen and a bunk room plus another full bath with tub/shower. A rollaway bed, high chair and pack'n-play also on this level.
The 1st floor studio is an large open space with a king and queen bed, a sleeper sofa, 2 recliners, plus a dining table/chairs and another restroom with shower.
The 2 units are completely separate with private entries.
Private 5-person spa can be accessed through breezeway or from 1st floor apartment. The ommunity pool has some family-friendly features: a full length bench, a 6' sundeck and a full-width entry. The pool is just one unit over (approx 30' from our driveway).
Garage access including remote, access to beach chairs. Parking for up to 4 vehicles and/or a boat. 4 TVs including a 75" in the living room, 500 mbps Wifi and Spectrum cable.
Your family will love the "open concept" great room for meals, game and movie nights. Outdoor spaces include a balcony with sectional sofa, propane fire table, party lights + 2 swing hammocks. Propane grill is onsite; however, the grill is offered by "self-service", guests are responsible for swapping out the tank as needed (your host will reimburse you with a receipt). You will find a grill brush and cleaner in the garage next to the grill. By fire code: grill must be 10' from all structures. External security cameras. STR 006668/011288 Max occupancy 14.

Communication with owner was easy and she made sure we were happy with the property. House had everything we needed. Hot tub was awesome and the pool was refreshing!! We rented both units and had plenty of room for our group. Both units had great A/C which is always a concern for us. The outside areas had plenty of room for the kids and seating area for adults. If you want a place that the owner actually cares about your stay, then you need to book with Erinn. She has already sent me some other properties that they have added for future visits!!! 10 out of 10

All was wonderful except had a little trouble with parking. When they say don't park in the street, they mean it! You have to have vehicles leaving first the next morning in the driveway in order to get out first. Please follow the rules on parking vehicles.

We had a great time, host made the process smooth and easy. The house had everything we needed and plenty of space for our crew. The bunk room shows that there is an additional double bed in the same room, so we were planning on sleeping more kids in that room. We had to shuffle around and make other arrangements. Host said she would look at it and try to fix it so future renters don’t think the same thing. Overall, it was a great place and we had a fantastic time!

Our family of 12 vacationed in Port A June 12-19. Our family ranged in age from 2 - 67 and this property accommodated all. We rented the main house and downstairs studio. Our host, Erin was very personable and responded very quickly to any questions. The house was well stocked with everything you need for your stay! Would definitely recommend this property for families and large groups! Thank you Erin!
