Peaceful Seaside Condo-Walking Path to the Beach

Find YOUR escape at this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom sea side retreat. There's no need to drive when you can take the beautiful walking path from your front door right down to the sand and Gulf of Mexico. After a day in the sun, cool off in the sparkling pool or enjoy a nap in one of the poolside loungers while being lulled to sleep by the sound of waves behind you. You'll find plenty of privacy in Bedroom 1 boasting a large King size bed and private en suite bathroom. The bathroom consists of a large walk-in shower and a granite double sink vanity. A walk-in closet will provide plenty of room for your flip fops and bikinis. In Bedroom 2 you'll find a Queen bed and twin bunkbeds perfect for the little ones. The guest bathroom is also equipped with double sinks and a massive garden tub for a little bubble time. You'll be more than relaxed in the cheerful living room which also includes a pull out sofa and large screen smart TV. Cooking will be a breeze in the well stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, brand new pots and pans & full set of dishes and flatware. There will be plenty of seating for dining with the whole crew at the dining room table & breakfast bar. Enjoy a hot cup of coffee from the Keurig or drip coffee pot, or sip on an ice cold cocktail on the private patio that's just feet from the large outdoor kitchen and pool. Ground floor unit..no stairs to climb. This is a non-smoking property. No pets allowed by renters per HOA rules. We can't wait to see you! Come stay a while!

We had a wonder week, perfect relaxation, close to walk to the beach for morning and evenings! Excellent access to take a car or cart (if you rent one) to haul the gear for a full day at the beach and if you or someone else wants, can walk back, an all around excellent location.The condo was very clean with great furnishings, very comfortable and we look forward to our next opportunity to stay!

Great location and close to the beach

Perfect for my family and very close to the beach. Location is perfect and property had everything we needed. The only complaint is the people upstairs were very noisy and could hear them walking around , even at 2am!

Wonderful host and location!

We loved this spot. Host was always immediately available and super helpful and lovely to work with, and the location was phenomenal with just a short walk down to the beach. The kiddo in our group loved the pool! This is a great find!

Lovely two BR and 2 Bath Condo. Plenty of room. Two blocks walk to the beach., Nice pool. Great people to rent from. We have stayed at 5 properties in CC area, and this was by far the best for the value. Location. Location. Location at affordable price.

Spring Break Corpus Christi

Overall, it was a really good experience. The check-in process was okay as I had to message after our check-in time to get instructions. The central AC unit was not working so they had to get a stand alone for one night. Our host was very accommodating throughout making our stay worth while. Really appreciate them going the extra mile. Highly recommend this place if your looking for a beach getaway!

Great accommodations

Amazing stay, environment was very inviting. Location is great if you are planning to visit Whitecap Beach however we choose this condo to spent time at Malaquite Beach which is a very short distance from this condo unit. Unit is very equipped with all your kitchen needs, plenty of towels, extra blankets, beach toys and beach wagon. My daughter uses a wheelchair this 1st floor unit was convenient. I would highly recommend this unit for a person that may need accommodations.

This host cares about your experience

Great location right near the beach. You can rent a golf cart from a company down the road to help with the short walk to the beach. The condo looks just like the pictures. It is very clean, smells nice, and provides everything you can think of from tide pods and kitchen sponges to a wagon and parasol for the beach. We felt very safe and secure staying on the island. Lots of restaurants and amusement close by. Amber is the type of host that makes you feel like your friend invited you to stay at their beach house and wants to make sure you have everything you need and more. We couldn’t have hoped for a better place to stay. Thanks Amber.

Last minute Coast trip.

We booked this trip on a whim. We didn’t know what to expect. We’ve never stayed in North Padre before. We are so pleased with our decision. We loved the condo. Upon arrival Ms. Amber was great with communicating check in time and process. Our condo was extremely clean! It was fully stocked with cooking and cleaning essentials needed for the short time such as laundry and dishwasher detergent. We liked having the extra toiletries available as well! The location of the condo is so convenient as well. Short walk to the beach and steps away from the pool. We took advantage of the outdoor grill in the pavilion. Some VERY minor things that could be fixed is the master bed is very squeaky on one side and needing a better measuring cup. We are ready to book our next stay! Thanks for allowing us to stay at your beautiful place.

Our stay was amazing, even booked an extra night! Place was clean and comfy, spacious and equipped with all the necessary things! So convenient to have a place in walking distance of the beach and an incredible pool right next door! Beware of the thorns though on grass area, they hurt! H-E-B coffee and dessert all nearby! It was just beautiful, my 3 boys ages 12,9, &, 4 didn’t want to leave!

Charming Condo

I was visiting my son who is a college student at TAMUCC. This condo was clean and comfortable and a short walk to the beach. Great restaurants are within a short walk, even the grocery is walking distance. The location is ideal.

Perfect Location

This property was in a perfect location! 1-2 min walk to the beach. Condo was clean, well kept and had all the necessities. The host, Amber, was very nice, easy to work with and quick to respond. We would definitely stay again!
