¡Bienvenido al paraiso! En Costa Del Ray Beach Lodge, se alojará en una espaciosa unidad de dos dormitorios recientemente remodelada con camas queen y dos baños para mayor privacidad. Hay una GRAN sala de estar con un nuevo sofá cama y una cocina de tamaño completo con espacio suficiente para 6 personas para la cena. Nuevo televisor de pantalla plana con cable Time Warner.

Cada unidad tiene una CUBIERTA PRIVADA en la entrada principal para relajarse por la noche o ver el amanecer en la mañana. ¡Espero que estés listo para pescar! (Estacionamiento limitado para botes).

Hay AGUACEROS AL AIRE LIBRE para enjuagar la arena de su visita a la playa.

Great location!

I wish one of the bedrooms had a larger bed. One of the patio chairs is cracked, needs replacing. The hair dryer was broken and was replaced immediately when I asked for it, thank you. The kitchen was great but the countertop is so close to the refrigerator, I hit my arm and it bruised. One thing that stood out to me is that all the windows were left unlocked except for the kitchen. I loved the keyless entry! Overall a great stay. Thank you all.

Great getaway

We had a wonderful week visiting with friends and family. This property was perfect and cozy. Clean and well stocked kitchen for our feast. Only hiccup was the code given to us in our email was wrong, but once we called the management company, they got u squared away quickly. We met there is two cars so we were tight on parking once our beach cart was delivered, but we managed to make it work! Would stay here again!

Property exactly as described. Great location, convenient to beach and town. Accommodated our dogs. Unit is well kept, clean, stocked. The pool is small without shade, and it's really hot, so the water was almost warm but still enjoyable early or later in the evening.

Not a happy camper

The screen door was stuck and we had difficulty getting in and out of house the whole time! It was very frustrating and we cut our knuckles every time we went in and out of that house. Two of our guests had to sit up on the sofa all night the first night because the mattress pad was dirty, there were no sheets pillow cases blanket or clean mattress pad . I called spoke to answering svc, was told unless catastrophic event he couldn’t contact management. I went to the office next morning to report it, was told manager was out of the office and she would contact me at her convenience. This is not acceptable…it was vacation and due to literally fighting with the door skin being torn off knuckles and bleeding and the 2 guests staying up all night. No one was willing to help us, no one was available to help us and we couldn’t go to the office to pick up linens or anything. Completely unacceptable and that door is a hazard. Pleasantly surprised

Quick decision to make a long weekend trip and didn’t have a lot of options when booking. Very pleased with accommodations. Parking could be a challenge if you don’t have respectful neighbors. Everything else was perfect!

The property was good not far from the beach. The bed sheets were dirty with hair and stains on them and we saw a few roaches other then that great place to stay.

Not what we expected

Upon arrival it was fine, it smelled and looked clean. Then we noticed roaches, dust and dust bunnies everywhere, the vents were not clean, there was not plunger for the toilets (thankfully we didn't need one). When we contacted the property manager they said they would come spray, I had my puppy in the house and asked that they give me a 20 minute window to pick up the puppy so he wasn't in there while they were spraying. They did not give this courtesy and sprayed with a 9 week old puppy in the house (in his crate). when we got back the whole house smelled of chemicals. I do plan to contact the property manager and anyone else I can to complain to. This was not what I or my family expected. We had family from out of state come in and it was very embarrassing to choose a place with roaches and dust everywhere.

Good place for the price

Overall a good place for the price. However they need to spray for cockroaches. It’s a 6plex so I understand it’s difficult when renting but they need to spray the entire outside and every unit inside at the same time. It wasn’t horrible but still. They picked up a broken chair 3 days after I reported it. The cleaning people should have to report stuff also and not just leave it up to the renters.

Nice location

Place was in great location and really cozy for my little family! TV in the bedroom didn’t work. No TV in other bedroom! Ceiling fan didn’t work in one room so it was very hot at night! I was the one hot! Other than that great!!

Great Spot! Close to the beach, shops and restaurants.

This was the perfect spot for our nice little get-away. It was very clean, and accommodated all of our needs. The only thing I would suggest is placing a little note in the kitchen regarding the sink disposal. I found out at check-out that we needed to have the overhead kitchen light on to use the disposal. We thought it was broken, so we used the left side of the sink the whole time. Not a big deal but thought I'd suggest that for future guests. Thanks again!
