Escapada de todo en su villa acogedora en el agua! tomarse un café y disfrutar de la salida del sol de la cubierta hacia atrás; ser entretenido por la observación de aves y peces saltando en el canal. Pasar tiempo de relax en sí mismo o un momento emocionante con los amigos! Con vista al mar desde el dormitorio principal y también el espacio de estar abierta y una decoración costera única y el arte, nuestra nueva espaciosa villa frente al mar es perfecto para su próxima visita a la costa de Texas! Cada villa cuenta con la pesca canal, kayak, paseos en bote y observación de vida silvestre desde la comodidad de su patio trasero! Estar tranquilo al aire libre, a sabiendas de la cubierta posterior son aptos para los niños con vallas cerrado.

Sintiéndose como un vago de la playa? playas Mustang Island están a sólo 1 milla de distancia corta. ávido pescador? Cada villa tiene su propio muelle con acceso al canal rápido a la Laguna Madre para la pesca! Lanzamiento del barco cerca de cebo y tiendas se encuentran a pocas millas. Gran acceso para la pesca de bahía de salmones, truchas, lenguado, o tambor. Mantener su barco atracado en el agua lista para la acción! Encanta el aire libre? También hay 2 kayaks de una sola persona proporcionadas por villa. alquileres adicionales kayak están cerca.

Se sentirá como en casa junto al mar, ya que cada villa está totalmente amueblado, con ropa de cama y toallas, una cocina totalmente equipada (platos, ollas / sartenes, cafetera, etc.), lavadero con tamaño completo lavadora / secadora, refugio principal con baño privado, TV vía satélite Dish en estar y dormitorio principal, acceso a Internet Wi-Fi, soporte para iHome, estilo caja fuerte, extendió 1 plazas de garaje, parrilla de gas, y el engranaje de la playa; todo lo que necesitas. Sólo tiene que traer su traje de baño y chanclas, remolcar su barco o jet-ski, hacer una parada rápida en nuestra tienda local de comestibles ... y su escapada está fijado!

No hay problema, porque Cabana Este tiene 2 villas! Preguntar sobre la disponibilidad para ambas unidades. Cada villa para 6 personas, por lo que se reservan ambas villas y dormir cómodamente 12!

Convenientemente ubicado sobre el puente JFK Causeway en Mustang Island. Situado en un gran canal detrás de CVS Pharmacy, varios restaurantes, campos de golf, tiendas de surf, Schlitterbahn Waterpark y más se encuentran cerca. Un corto 15-20 minutos en coche de las atracciones CC Bayfront tales como el Estado de Texas y el Acuario Lexington o en la dirección opuesta hacia abajo TX-361 a Port Aransas, que es una comunidad costera lindo de la playa!

It was a wet weekend but as usual the stay was first class, our fishing guide pick us up right at the house pier. My kids and the grandkids had a blast just fishing off the dock , they even went in for a quick dip. Have used the same place for the last 5 years , will continue to use this property in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had everything we needed and more. The house is quite lovely and very well appointed. The kayaks were a bonus, adding hours of activity. We are already looking forward to next summer. Thanks for a fabulous time!

The house is very nicely appointed. Clean and newer. The owner is also very thoughtful...there are kayaks, life jackets, fishing items etc. to use. My son loves to fish and spent every moment he could on the dock catching fish. The outside patio is elevated above the dock and made for a great place to sit and enjoy both the early mornings and late evenings. The house is located close to the water park and local places to eat.

We enjoyed a five week stay in this beautiful home. There are two homes (villas) connected at this property. There was zero noise from the other side. Everything you would need for an extended stay was provided including beach chairs and towels. We particularly enjoyed having our meals outside on the deck so we could watch and photograph all the birds coming and going. My husband fished from the pier every single day, and caught something nearly every time.

This place was perfect for 6 people to have a fun and great time.. Prime location for visiting the beach wether it be corpus or port aransas.. This place comes equiped with a grill and it works great. (Swl)

We stayed 3 nights in Villa B. This side of the condo provides a little more privacy. The condo comes with everything you'll need while on vacation. The condo is modern and cozy. The canal is perfect for fishing off the dock. The location is perfect for Schlitterbahn, Whitecap Beach, Malaquite Nat'l. Seashore, Port A., CVS, restaurants, gas stations, shopping. This was our 2nd time here and will be reserving our 3rd stay soon. Thanks Lauren!!!

Great duplex with all the comforts of home. Perfect location!

We had a great week here and the kids loved it. It's centrally located and close to just about everything. I was worried being so close to the water with two young girls but the back deck is fenced so the little ones can't get out. There was also a padlock to keep the gate locked up as well as an alarm system that beeps anytime a door opens. This made us feel very safe with the kids. The place was very clean and has everything you need for a vacation including a blender for your frozen drinks. The only thing we didn't like were the beds. The mattress was a little worn out in the master suite but still very clean. There was plenty of room at the boat dock for our 25ft catamaran. Room in the driveway for the boat trailer plus two other cars. We will be coming back to stay here next year for sure. Nice to get away from the crazy PortA crowd we were used to in past years.

A great property in a great location that is convenient to everything on the island. Owner went above and beyond to work with our schedule. This property is perfect for fisherman with plenty of room for boat, trailer and two trucks. Beds are comfortable, and the unit is well appointed with everything you need. Bottom line is I always judge a rental by the value received for the dollars paid. This property was worth it!

We are never disappointed when we stay here. It is always extremely clean and has everything you could want and more! The bedding is super soft giving me a better nights sleep than I do at my own house! The beach is only 2 miles away making this the absolute optimum location to stay. There is no place nicer on Padre Island and the price cannot be beat. The owner is extremely responsive to any question and goes above and beyond to accommodate. We stay here several times a year and wouldn't dream of trying any other property!

This home is perfect for a getaway to the beach or to bring your boat for some bay fishing. It's down the street from Schlitterbahn Padre Island. We stayed here though primarily to be near the Bay area Medical Center where our daughter was having a baby, and to be able to do a little fishing. It was perfect for both. The furnishings were lovely, updated and comfortable. The only thing I would change is upgrading the coffee maker to a keurig as our family is picky when it comes to our coffee. But really, we had a wonderful stay, owners very accomodating. We would definitely love to come back again.

My wife and I stayed over the Labor Day weekend. Were looking for a comfortable get away long weekend, to fish and just relax. The house is very easy to find, conveniently located to attractions and restaurants and we were very pleasantly surprised how nice the place is; the pictures truly match the real thing. The owners obviously made considerable investments in decorating this spacious duplex. It is easily the nicest, cleanest, most comfortable we have stayed in. Well appointed, like new appliances, well stocked in all you need. We unpacked our cloths and food and we were ready to go. We fished from the nice doc (and did pretty well on specs). When it got hot in the afternoon, we had no issue going inside as the place was an inviting place to be. We very sincerely had a great stay, enjoyed the house and would do it all over again.

Really enjoyed the condo, it is very spacious and beautiful, sitting out on the patio with a cup of coffee just watching the boats in the canal was a great way to start the day. So many different things to do in such close proximity was very convenient 10 min from Bob Hall pier and the beach just to name a few. The condo was so nice out last night there we just sat on the dock and hung out. Very
