The chef's delight, the fully stocked kitchen, boasts modern stainless steel appliances and ample counter space, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare delicious meals while enjoying the gorgeous coastal views.
Privacy is easily achieved with an accordion-style wall divider that can be closed between the living area and primary bedroom, allowing for a flexible living experience. The spacious primary suite features thoughtful touches, ensuring a restful retreat after a day of sun and surf.
For your convenience, a large laundry room is included, complete with a full-size washer and dryer, so you can enjoy the ease of in-home laundry.
Step outside to your private balcony, a perfect setting to sip your morning coffee as you watch the sun rise over the sparkling Gulf waters.
There is a pool and hot tub that is open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. with loungers and pergolas. The pool ranges from 3 ft. to 8 Ft. and has an upper and lower pool. The hot tub is in a fenced area of the pool that is 3 Ft. deep. There are trash chutes on each floor that you are asked not to throw thrash in after 10 p.m. or before 8 a.m. To get to the beach there is a short boardwalk with lights, ramps, and benches on the right side of the building. On the left side is a fish cleaning station to clean your catch of the day. The parking lot has handicapped and guest parking right out front. The overhang at the front of the building is for loading and unloading. If you have boats, trailers, or Jet Ski's they need to be parked on the west side of the parking lot.
