An extra bonus is its conveniently located in the golf cart friendly area making it easy to explore downtown!

The Aransas Princess is loaded with amenities to provide you the perfect vacation rental for your trip.

This recently remodeled non-smoking first floor unit features two bedrooms with a den, granite counter tops, and tile in the kitchen and living room. The unit has one reserved garage parking space, a fully appointed kitchen, and a washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed and an in-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has two twin size beds and a television.

Such a beautiful property and right on the Port Aransas beach! It has its own private boardwalk to get to the beach for easy access and the property also had 2 pools and hot tubs...plenty of room for everyone! This particular room was located on the same floor as the event center too...great for easy access, plus a community fun center with cornhole games and the pools. Inside the condo was spotless!! Roomy accommodations, comfy beds, and the master room is separated from the 2nd room, plus has its own sliding door access to the patio.It's very well kept and cool, very clean and felt like "home" while we were there. 2 living room areas too! Much bigger than it looks in the pics. We loved it!!

Will be perfect once the boardwalk is done

We came down to celebrate my husband’s 50th! We selected this condo specifically for the boardwalk straight to the beach that was indicated on the listing. However, the boardwalk is incomplete currently (end of June 2025). Therefore we still had to load up the car and drive out and find a place. There is one elevator location which not near the assigned parking space. So that was kind of a bummer. It all worked out in the end. With all that being said, we know the boardwalk will be complete as some point and once it is, we have decided that this condo will definitely be a “go-to” for us. We had my husband and me, two teenage daughters and preteen son. They fit perfectly in the kids room with a full/maybe queen bed and bunk beds. The master suite and bathroom were HUGE! There was more than enough space for all of us. We enjoyed going to the pool(s) and the views. The sliding doors to the patio on the back were so cool, you can slide them allllllll the way open so it spans the whole living room AND master bedroom! All in all, we only took the one star away for the boardwalk, but once that is done….PERFECTION!!!
