Nestled in the heart of Old Town, our 18 charming cottages await to provide you with a memorable vacation experience. Each of our 18 individual cottages offers a comfortable and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout, accommodating up to 8 guests. Our cottages are centered around a tranquil courtyard, where you'll find a shared pool, charcoal grills, picnic tables, a pool house with 2 restrooms, and ice/vending machines. Feel free to unwind, grill up some delectable meals, or just enjoy quality time with your loved ones. As an added bonus, each cottage comes with a 4-seater golf cart for the duration of your stay. It's an excellent way to explore the town and easily reach the beach, making your vacation even more enjoyable. Old Town Cottages are ideally situated within walking distance of charming shops, delicious restaurants, and the vibrant nightlife of Port Aransas. When it's time to hit the beach, a short golf cart ride will take you to the pristine sandy shores of the Gulf Coast. Whether you're planning a family vacation, a friends' getaway, or a reunion, Old Town Cottages are the perfect choice. You can rent multiple cottages to accommodate large groups while enjoying your private spaces.

When we checked in, our golf cart wasn't here. We called customer service a few times and were told maintenance might be behind and should be bringing it back soon, later after calling again to follow up we were told that someone may have taken it since all the carts use the same key. We had to drive our own vehicle to the beach instead. When we got back, the cart was there, but it had another guest's belongings in it. My husband had to ask around to find the owner. The owner was in the pool and said she didn't realize each room had an assigned cart and thought anyone could use any cart. Didn’t seem to care she had left us without a golf cart for a day. I think the fact all golf cart work with the same key it’s ridiculous. The person that had our cart could’ve done and a hit and run, or some other crime and I would’ve been the one linked to that cart at that time. The fact that management didn’t really care to step in was disappointing, we didn’t get a follow up text until the next day. From the beginning we were off to a bad start. Also we found the floors sandy, a disgusting blood stain on a comforter. Not the cleanest place to say the least. The front door’s lock didn’t latch right you had to lean against it and turn the lock for it to stay closed. The pool is small and was taken up by little ones. So if you’re an adult and are thinking of relaxing at the pool this is probably not the place for you. Golf carts have no usb or speakers.

No complaints. The parking is small and shared with a retail center. It is safe we walked to several place. The gulf cart is a nice touch to the stay. Overall it was good. I would recommended it.

Great stay

We love all the towels and the fully stocked kitchen! Had to search a little for the dustpan which should be stopped visibly with the broom. Property descriptions should include all minor appliances like toaster and blender! Couple of doggy accidents on the walk we're left for a few days and not swept up but overall communication was great and there was an abundance of pillows and sheets!
