Book your next vacation getaway at Shell We Dance. This newly remodeled second-floor condo has a view of the shared pool, hot tub, and grilling area from the balcony, kitchen, and living room. This home is decorated throughout with a neutral color pallet of the ocean and sand. The full kitchen has everything you will need to prepare freshly cooked meals with stainless steel appliances, granite counter space, a pantry, a regular coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils. The dining table is accommodating six guests with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. The living room boasts an overstuffed couch and loveseat, made for relaxing with a TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. Enjoy sipping your morning coffee on the balcony in the bay breeze. Back inside, the guest bedroom (BR1) contains 2 Twin size beds, nightstands, a chest, a TV, and a closet. The hall bath is equipped with a vanity and a tub/shower. The master bedroom (BR2) is made up of a Queen-sized bed, nightstands, closet, dresser, TV, and chest. The ensuite bathroom provides a large vanity separate from the tub/shower. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer located in the laundry room at the end of the hall with an iron and ironing board. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and bars are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.

Aransas Harbors Amenity Access and Important Information:
Pet Friendly, $95 pet fee per pet, limit 2 pets. Fee not included in reservation total and will be collected after reservation confirmation.

Great stay

Booked this condo for my daughter’s third birthday to the beach! My husband, mom, dad, daughter and I all loved the vibe, beds were very comfy, great showers/bathrooms, extremely close drive to beach (2 min tops) and felt private and safe. Early check in notification made everything run so smoothly and we were so grateful for that! A kids toy phone was found on the coffee table upon arrival leading me to think a thorough clean may not have taken place before hand. Also there was not any salt or pepper, but other spices so that was a bummer one breakfast. Too bad we couldn’t leave anything like butter and unopened bags of chips/cookies because the next ppl could have enjoyed but I understand.

Vacation

Very clean, spacious, new couches, beds very comfortable, fully stocked kitchen with k-cup & regular coffee machines, bathrooms had enough towels , plenty of throw blankets, tvs in all rooms that worked, great location and big clean pool with hot tub! This community will b my new vacation spot. Downside: No hooks or towel racks in the bathrooms. Needs a new frying pan. Ice maker didn’t work.

Yearly Getaway

We’ve stayed at Aransas Harbors 3 times now, I love dealing with Life in Paradise. Very nice people and helpful. They answer all your questions in a timely manner. The condo was nicely decorated nothing overkill. Beds were very comfy, condo had everything you need, we never use kitchen items as I am a paper plate, cups forks type of person for vacay. Refrigerator could of been cleaned better, sand particles on shelving. The area rug had an odor to it, needs to be cleaned good as well as the rugs in bathrooms. Had an issue with Wi-Fi but the office helped me out quickly. Pool is always nice. Overall condo was great, I love location and would definitely recommended Aransas Harbors & Life in Paradise

Port A, take me away!

We absolutely loved the property. It was clean, had everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch, and the pool was perfect after a long day at the beach. It had all the amenities our family needed, and it was close to all the restaurants and shops. We definitely would stay here again!

Lovely property!

Location was nice and walking distance to some neat shops and restaurants. One altercation occurred with downstairs neighbors. Management handled the situation very well and professionally. Condo was nice size for a family of 4 and 2 dogs. Beds were super comfy! Definitely recommend staying there and with that company.

Quiet and blissful getaway

The place was nice exactly like the listing. Had everything we needed & was a great location. I just wished it was on the first floor because the stairs were no fun. Definitely bring your own beach towels. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with even a tabletop grill if you need it. The condo was right by the pool and the neighbors were really nice. It's close to everything and right next to the ferry. The ferry was fun to ride on.

Beautiful condo

The condo is as presented in the photos. Appeared and smelled clean. Beds were neat and clean. My only suggestion is that there aren’t any adult plates or cups, unless I missed them, so if you’re planning to stay in and cook I would recommend bringing paper plates and cups. Temperature was cool enough. My only concern was the showers could’ve been cleaned more thoroughly. Otherwise great stay and would recommend this condo.
