Our luxury beach house, "Koastal Kraze" is located in the heart of Port Aransas, TX, in "Old Town". This historical district is quiet and tucked away from the tourist zone. Even during peak season, experience a more relaxing retreat.

House is new construction with a beach/farmhouse style and all new furnishings.

OUTDOOR AREA:

Gorgeous, lush outdoor space with an outdoor kitchen, huge flatscreen TV with Sonos Soundbar, heated pool with vegas style in-pool loungers, miniature putting green, and space for cornhole and plenty of outdoor seating for 10. An outdoor shower is available to take a quick rinse off from the beach before you enjoy the fresh water in the pool. There is plenty of space under the house for shaded evening get togethers as well. Upstairs you'll have a deck to catch the breeze, take in the sunset.

KITCHEN & DINING:

The kitchen is well stocked for large meals: Premium pots and pans, high end cooking utensils, and every little kitchen tool you can imagine (wine corkscrew included). With a ton of foot traffic space, there's still a very large dining space, dining chairs and bar stools at a center island bar for EVERYONE to have a seat, visit, laugh, tell fishing stories and make unforgettable memories. There is a separate FREE coffee bar available for guests as well! Grab a cup and enjoy!

Main Level (2nd Floor)
Bedroom 1: King Size mattress with en suite bathroom and flat screen TV. En Suite bath has walk in shower, double sinks, and walk-in closet.
Bedroom 2: Queen Size mattress and flat screen TV.
The 2nd full bath has shower/tub combo with single sink with counter space.

1st Floor
Bedroom 3: King Size mattress and flat screen TV.
Bedroom 4: Bunkroom with queen over queen mattresses and flat screen TV
The 3rd full bath has a shower/tub combo with double sinks and counter space

EXTRAS:

We know traveling with little ones can be a challenge. We provide for you a pack-n-play, baby gate, and adjustable highchair.

The garage offers tons of extras: broom, mop, vacuum, and cleaning supplies. Don't take the sand home with you! We offer a full size washer/dryer for your use, along with laundry detergent and bounce sheets. Iron and ironing board are provided.

***NOTE: There is an additional cost of $50 per day to heat the pool. If you would like the pool heated please let us know prior to your arrival.

***NOTE: Golf cart drivers must be at least 25 years of age, licensed, and insured.
