No hot water in bedrooms; 2nd bedroom shower faucet was not functioning—barely a water stream. Refrigerator made a rattling sound the entire time. Living room couch extremely dated and worn, couch pillows really need to be replaced. The floors and rugs need to be cleaned. The pantry was well stocked. The kitchen cabinet doors need to be cleaned—gave dirt and grease. It had great views.

Great weekend at the beach

Condo had everything we needed for a great weekend at the beach. Kids liked the full size bunk bed and we loved the ocean view from the primary bedroom. Very comfy couch and beds. Would love to come back.

A fun little oasis

We so enjoyed the clean and inviting condo! The pool is amazing and access to the beach was so convenient! It was everything we were looking for to end our school year and just relax! Love it and will definitely be coming back!

Fun in the sun!

The condo looks just like the pictures - great view of the ocean from both balconies. Our family of four (kids ages 8 and 11) enjoyed our week-long stay in August. The condos have outdoor hallways and stairwells for those wanting to avoid elevators during the pandemic, although the elevators were much appreciated when checking in and out. The location is great - right on the beach - convenient enough to pop back to the room to grab lunch or any forgotten beach items. Our two sister-in-laws were staying in a different unit, and there was enough seating for 6 at the dining room table for meals and games. If you're planning on staying for more than a couple days, bring extra trash bags, dishwasher detergent, shampoo/conditioner, soap/body wash, detergent for clothes (if you want to do more than 1 small load of laundry), and paper towels. Overall, a great stay in a nice condo!

Summer getaway

Overall a nice property. Great location, nice pools and great walkway to the beach. All the windows gave a beautiful view from almost anyplace in the condo. Only disappointment was spare bedroom and bathroom, musty smelling and unusable shower. Staff was very friendly.

This was our first time staying at this property and it was great! Loved the view from the bedroom and the sunrise was amazing. If you want to see the sunrise you have to book a room on the third floor and up.

Great Family Get Away!

We have never visited the Corpus/ Mustang Island/ Padre/ Port Aransas area So had no idea what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised with our visit to this property. It is a well updated condo in the Mayan Princess property on Mustang Island. It is two stories with a beautiful dual-balcony ocean view from both the main living area and master bedroom. The master has a very comfy king size bed and twin size day bed with a roll out twin underneath... perfect for us with our 2 and 4 year old littles. The second room is a full/twin bunk bed with its own private bathroom. The property has three large public pools and a hot tub that are in decent shape and clean. The property itself could use some updating, as it looks like it hasn’t been painted in awhile, but it was clean which is most important. There is a short boardwalk straight to the beach. The beach is decently clean. It is a public beach area, so on Saturday and Sunday it was more crowded. That said, we went during COVID - the City had the public beach drive access closed, so the foot traffic was probably lighter than usual. It is definitely a family friendly beach, mostly young families and older couples. You are a short 15 minute drive from Padre Island and 30 mins from the center of Corpus Christi so there is plenty of food and things to do if you want to venture out. A minor suggestion for the owner: provide enough trash bags and dish detergent pods to match the length of the stay. We had 2 of each for a 3 night/ 4 day stay. With a family of four and eating in for every meal, that was tough. Overall very happy with our stay and we will be back! Thank you!
