Welcome back to Mustang Towers! Condo 903 is a newly remodeled breath of fresh air. Step into excellence in this two-bedroom two bath condo. The beach view is phenomenal. Watch the waves roll in and out just out the floor to ceiling windows that span the living room. Wake up to the stunning sunrise beach views in the master bedroom. This condo has new carpet in the bedrooms and tile throughout the rest of the rooms. There is flat screen T.V.'s in each room and complimentary WIFI throughout. Should you need to wash your clothes there is laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. This condo has everything you will need to enjoy and relax at your beach vacation in style.

This condo can sleep 6 comfortably. When you walk into the left is the laundry room. Past there to the right is the King guest bedroom complete with a dresser and closet. Outside the room is the guest bathroom with a shower tub combo. In the closet by the guest bathroom is games and puzzles to have a fun family game night. Down the hall further to the left you will walk into the beautiful subway tiled and granite countertop kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked including drip coffee maker, toaster, electric can opener, blender and the best appliances to help you cook up meals to enjoy with a beach view. Sit at the bar for two or the dining table for four just off the kitchen. Just next to the dining table are the soft leather recliners and queen-sized sleeper sofa to sit back and enjoy the views or watch a movie together. Right next to the living room is the King master bedroom that you can leave open or closed off with an accordion door. The ensuite walk in bathroom has a walk-in closet and large walk-in shower.

There is a pool and hot tub that is open from 9a.m. to 10p.m with loungers and pergolas. The pool ranges from 3Ft. to 8 Ft. and has an upper and lower pool. The hot tub is in a fenced area of the pool that is 3 Ft. deep. There are trash chutes on each floor that you are asked to not throw trash in after 10p.m. or before 8a.m. To get to the beach there is a short boardwalk with lights, ramps, and benches on the right side of the building. On the left side is a fish cleaning station to clean your catch of the day. The parking lot has handicap and guest parking right out front. The overhang at the front of the building is for loading and unloading. If you have boat, trailers, or Jet Ski's they need to be parked on the west side of the parking lot.
