Located directly across from Award-winning Black Marlin's, Reds and the local Starbucks serving coffee shop, this home is also steps away from the new Oasis pool and the beach access road, making it the perfect, relaxing retreat for a beach get-away. This location can't be beat.

This beautifully professionally decorated house features Sunrise-inspired colors, high-end furnishings, an elevator, and offers a plethora of thoughtful in-home amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From a high chair, kids dishware, pack-n-play for the little ones and both toddler and adult air mattresses, to beach toys and games for both kids and
adults (shuffletable!), this home has everything you need for a memorable vacation and is perfect for families. You can expect a Keurig Duo coffee maker (K-Pods or ground coffee work, whatever your preference), beach towels, hair dryers, and a welcome package with all the basics that you will need (dishwasher pods, bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels and laundry pods). Whether you choose to indulge your inner chef, or start the crock pot and go enjoy your day at the beach, you are covered in this modern kitchen, equipped with quartz countertops and high-end stainless steel appliances, as well as a fully stocked kitchen with all the accessories (blender, food processor, toaster, etc) and cooking supplies you could need.

Sleeping 15, there are lots of options to fit everyone. Each room is equipped with a Smart TV, extra blankets, pillows and more. With tons of outdoor space, including a wrap-around patio and five balconies, you can soak in the stunning views while enjoying the coastal breezes sitting at the large dining table on the patio just outside the 3rd floor living room, the cozy sectional or one of the many Adirondack chairs throughout. A private gas grill is also conveniently located on the 3rd floor front balcony, off the kitchen.

The main floor features a beautifully decorated entryway, king bedroom, with ensuite bathroom and full laundry room. Take the elevator or stairs to the second floor where you will find another king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a queen bedroom (perfect room for the pack n play) with ensuite double sink bathroom, a twin bed bunk room, and the primary king bedroom with a large, gorgeous bathroom and private oceanfront balcony. Primary bath includes a free standing bathtub, ocean views and a large shower featuring three body sprayers with Posi-Temp technology. On the third floor you'll find the vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and open concept layout, designed for gathering. You can enjoy the best views on the third floor from the front (resort, golf course) or back balconies (lake and ocean). You'll also find another bedroom with a Queen bed and twin bunk, which can be great for a family or for the kids to play nearby while the adults entertain. The third floor bathroom is a full bath as well.

The thoughtfully designed Palmilla community amenities include access to a private, groomed beach with air-conditioned bathrooms and food service - this is a game changer! Call Guest Services to request beach chairs and umbrellas be set up for you when you arrive, reserve a poolside cabana at either resort pool, or rent a golf cart to explore the community or drive
on the beach into town. There are two heated community pools, and the Oasis pool features the only swim-up bar on the island! The newly redesigned nine-hole golf course incorporates the best of true links-style play, winding through the community, and is suitable for players of all levels.
