    Este lindo condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños tiene capacidad para 6. (BR1-Reina; BR2-Reina); Sofá-cama; Convenientemente ubicado cerca de la ciudad y es media milla de la playa. Este condominio tiene un precio económico con un plan de piso abierto y un gran patio que da a la piscina compartida. El garaje es lo suficientemente grande para su barco y tiene estacionamiento para 2 autos. Se puede alquilar con 221B Las Palmas para un grupo más grande. (Se consideran mascotas pequeñas) No hay estacionamiento en la carretera.

    El condominio de Las Palmas es de 2 pisos con el garaje en la planta baja y todos los que viven arriba, arriba. El plan de piso abierto tiene muchos asientos en la sala de estar con TV, cable y Wi-Fi. La mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para 4 y 2 taburetes en el bar adyacente. La cocina tiene todos los electrodomésticos necesarios para satisfacer sus necesidades de cocina. El armario de lavandería está escondido en el pasillo con una lavadora y secadora y estantes para sus detergentes. Las dos habitaciones tienen camas Queen, cofre y armario para su atuendo de playa y pesca, TV y baño privado con unidad de combinación de bañera / ducha. Disfrute de la vista de la piscina compartida desde el balcón trasero que tiene asientos al aire libre. También hay un picnic en el nivel inferior cubierto por debajo.

Great Experience

We loved our stay at this property. Checkin was super easy and the unit was clean and spacious. It’s just a few blocks from the beach, so easy to go back and forth during the day. While we didn’t end up using the pool, it was easily accessible and great to have that option. We would definitely stay here again.

Great little townhome/condo. Functional kitchen and 2 great full bathrooms. Thank you for allowing our small dogs. We would absolutely stay again.

The location in central Port Aransas is convenient for groceries, shopping, and food; I walked most places. The beach is several blocks away — too far to walk, but with a permit available for purchase at the grocery store right by the condo, you can park right on the beach.

Great Stay!

Everything was perfect! Location, spacious, scenery, pool, privacy, security, I have no bad comments. The only problem was that the door handle fell off as soon as I showed up, I put in a maintenance request and the maintenance guy never showed up and I was there for two days. Besides that, would definitely consider staying here again!

It is a couple minute walk from the only grocery store in the area. Back yard scenery is nice. The inside was fairly basic but was plenty for the 5 of us.

Didn't get to use the pool, but it looked nice. The proximity of the property was close to the beach, shopping, and several restaurants. I definitely recommend this as your choice of stay while visiting Port A. I know we will during future visits!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in Port A and the Las Palmas was conveniently located near stores and shops of all kinds. The condo was well suited for our trip and party of 3 adults, 1 child and 2 small fur babies. We booked 221b that had the king in master and 2 twins in second room which would have suited us better but we were asked to switch to the other side ,221a, which had a queen bed in each room. Our 7 year old was fine on the fold out couch bed. I, myself, would have really preferred the king. The beds were comfortable and the linens were sufficient for us. Would have liked a television in the second bedroom but not a deal breaker. Having a washer/dryer was nice so we could have clean towels for the beach and pool. The pool area was nice. All appliances were in working order so no problems there. We stayed 4 nights and were able to enjoy a lot that the area has to offer, fishing, beach, aquarium and of course the delicious food. We will be back and we WILL consider staying at the Las Palmas in the future. The management was very helpful and kind.

They were a couple of things that could be improved, one is the wi-fi, it did not work well at all, and we you have kids that is a necessity. Second the outlet plugs were very loose and did not hold the plugs very well. But it was a super nice place to stay with a great pool and wonderful view.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Otherwise known as 221A East Avenue, this place was great for my family. The pool was awesome, my 2 youngest children (9 and 11) were constantly asking to go to the pool and the great thing was we could monitor them from the balcony. The location was excellent, the grocery store was a block away and the main part of the town was also very close. We went to the shop with the giant shark out front almost daily to get things like snorkel gear, buckets and shovels to make sand castles, flip flops....etc. Check in was really easy, took less than 4 minutes to get the keys and go. The beach was a short drive and on one occasion my oldest child and his friend just walked to it without issue. The condo was well stocked with pots,pans,dishes etc. It was clean and nice, we liked the colors that were used (yellow). There was a garage down below that had a refrigerator in it....nice for dad. The tv in the living room was nice, the one in the bedroom was a little older but hey, what should you expect in a bedroom. One bedroom had no tv, so we gave that one to the kids and it worked out fine. There was wi-fi but no internet connection. When you login from your computer it comes up with a screen showing that the bill had not been paid. So, if internet is important to you I would call ahead to make sure that it is actually turned on. For us it was actually good to be disconnected, I was able to use my phone to check my stocks and that was all that I really needed to do on the internet anyway. I liked the way that they had a picnic table down below the deck and a bar-b-que grill that we used on several occasions. All in all, we were extremely pleased with this rental and I would highly recommend it for a great get-away to just relax and be close to everything that Port-A has to offer.
