  • Esta hermosa casa adosada de dos pisos, con dos garajes, mide 1650 pies cuadrados y se ha actualizado recientemente y se encuentra en North Padre Island. Village on the Greens es una pequeña propiedad con estacionamiento limitado. Por favor, no se permiten remolques o botes en la propiedad.

    Hay mucho que hacer en la isla como la pesca, ir a la playa y ir de compras. El Texas State Aquarium y Lexington están a poca distancia en coche.

Had such an amazing time. The home was spacious and clean and the pool was right by the house so the little ones could go swimming. We will definitely be booking again next summer.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was nice and clean. Enough towels and stocked with items we needed, plates, silverware, pots and pans. We would definitely consider staying there again. Our only concern was the limited parking. Convenient to plenty of stores and places to eat.

Definitely well stay here again. The owner was very great with communication and also extremely detailed. The photos do not do this place justice. Price point was great house is very clean. Very close to the beach.

We had a great experience staying in this home. It was centrally located, clean, and matched its description. Carlos was very welcoming and informative, making suggestions for our family and ensuring our stay was smooth throughout. The home was well stocked with essentials which allowed us to comfortably settle in. Great property…will come back.

Lovely stay near the beach

Everything was fantastic. The house was super clean and comfortable. The townhome community was quiet with a clean pool, and very conveniently located to the beach and restaurants. This was a perfect stay for a group of friends or family. The host was very communicative and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing

Thank you to the Garcia family for allowing us to stay in their amazing townhouse. Very nicely decorated and so close to everything. Great for multi family with the split floor plan. Very spacious and just a few mins to the beach. Owners are very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Will definitely stay again.

Good Place to Stay

This place was everything it said it was. Enough room for every one, clean, and very roomy so all can do what they want without bothering others. Carlos was quick to answer any questions about the house to what to see and do. I would recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Corpus Christy.

Life is a beach!!

Great condo!! Everything you need for a stay at the beach. Parking was in short supply if you bring more than 1 vehicle,and the road construction right in front of the entrance was definitely a challenge during the busy hours. 10/10 would absolutely book again!!!

Maravilla - Just as described

We felt right at home in this property. Carlos ensured we had everything needed for a relaxing stay. He was very easy to reach and accommodating. This townhouse is spacious, with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked. I also liked the nice pantry. Carlos and Laura pay attention to the little details, such as coffee available, filters, toilet tissue, paper towels, and every day cleaning supplies. We enjoyed the nearness to Whitecap Beach. We were able to get our exercise every morning in the beautiful white sands. We even found a few treasures. The construction on the highway out front wasn't bad, even in during spring break. Thank you Carlos and Laura, for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful Getaway

The property was clean, well laid out, and a perfect size for two families to share. I loved the openness of the kitchen to the living room with a great dining table to gather around. There is a pantry are for food storage and a well-stocked kitchen as well as a downstairs convenient powder room. It is close to the beach (<5 min. drive) and a great HEB (<10 min. drive). Carlos the owner was also very kind and reached out to ensure we were able to access the home easily. We also enjoyed the nice little pool. It was overall a wonderful stay!

Great family weekend

Excellent property with plenty of room for everyone. We were a family of 8 and at no time did we feel crowded; the home had all the little touches right down to the beach chairs and toys.

Great place, great location

The place was so big and nice. Much bigger and brighter than the photos. Great kitchen for cooking, and ooen living space for family time. It was a great location, within a mile or two of 3 different awesome beaches. We had such a nice time!
