There is nothing like enjoying the sounds of the crashing waves throughout the day!
You can enjoy your morning coffee while watching a beautiful sunrise or experience a nice ocean breeze during cocktails on the oversized and partially covered patio. With shade during most of the afternoon, you can relax and unwind on the patio furnished with a bar-height dining table and cushioned seating area.
Our elevator will take you to this totally remodeled condo with high-speed internet and cable. Up to 6 guests can enjoy this lovely condo.
The living room is beautiful and comfortably furnished, including a 60-inch smart TV. The sofa sleeper has a queen-sized memory foam mattress. The sliding glass doors have blackout curtains that can be closed, if needed.
The dining room has an elegant marble dining table that seats 6 on upholstered chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has all-new cabinets, granite countertops, and new stainless steel appliances, including a large refrigerator with French doors and 2 ice makers. Our 2-way coffee maker is compatible with K-Cup pods, or you can brew a full 12-cup pot.
The primary bedroom has a wall-mounted smart TV and a view of the Gulf through the large sliding glass doors. You can enjoy watching the sunrise from a comfortable king-sized bed! If you prefer to sleep in, just close the blackout curtains. The large adjoining bathroom has a glass tiled walk-in shower.
The charming guest bedroom has a bright, adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower. The wall-mounted smart TV will also provide entertainment from a comfortable queen bed.
The convenience of having a washer/dryer is a beach bonus!
The private boardwalk to the beach has showers and a water hose for easy beach cleanup.
La Mirage Resort amenities include 2 large pools with 2 relaxing hot tubs, a children's splash pad, a sports court (check with the office for pickleball equipment), a game room, picnic tables with charcoal grills, a fish cleaning table, and covered parking.
