This second-floor studio condo has been completely updated with beautiful new finishes and décor. This unit will sleep four guests comfortably with two deluxe Queen beds and a Full pull-out sleeper couch. The nine-foot ceiling with LED recessed lighting makes it feel spacious. Light ceramic tiles keep the space cool, no matter the weather. Prepare meals in the kitchen with granite countertops, new appliances (fridge, stove/oven, microwave), a drip coffee maker, stocked with basic pots pans, utensils and dishes (**NO dishwasher**). Outside the kitchen, a dining table with two benches and two chairs makes for cozy meals or is great for a game of cards. Watch movies on the large flat-screen TV from the couch. The full bathroom has a tub/shower, the sink and closet are also separated from the main room to provide privacy to change. Everything is conveniently within reach. Amenities include: a short walk to the beach over the boardwalk, access to laundry facilities, 2 shared pools, picnic benches, barbeque facilities & a tennis court. Located near downtown Port Aransas, you have easy access to the golf course, shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

This property was in the perfect location for my family and was exactly what we were looking for. We were right on the beach with a nice easy walk over the boardwalk to the beach. The room was exactly as stated, clean and the kitchen was full of pretty much anything you would need.

Great location and space, needs some extra cleaning

The efficiency was the perfect size for my husband, myself, and our teenager. It had obviously been renovated recently. Great location. Wonderful to have a small kitchenette. Close to downtown and easy beach access. Needs a Major deep clean. The shower curtain was black on the bottom. I appreciate that they told us how many towels were included so I could bring more for how many we use.

Everything was good we had everything that we needed, but we left it cleaner than when arrived. We found long black hairs everywhere. My son has short blonde hair and my is brown and grey. So it wasn’t us

Review

Condo is nice and well updated. The community is older but maintained okay. The weekend security guard was a nice bonus checking people as they entered. He even found my mother in laws watch she left at the pool. The pools are nice and much larger/deeper (7feet) compared to other places near by. The walkover to the beach is great for photos and is scenic. If you don’t rent a golf cart this walkover is a must! We enjoyed our stay!
