Hidden gem in Fulton, Tx

  • Enjoy a relaxing family home just 2 blocks from the water, in a quiet area of Fulton. The living area has a spacious open floor plan with plenty of seating. A long patio runs the full length of the house, for children to play on or adults to relax on. The large kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Two comfortable bedrooms have queen size beds; TV in master. There are two full bathrooms; one attached to master with plenty of linens for both. There is an extra room in rear of house with bunk beds and washer and dryer. The sleeper sofa in the living room also has a queen size bed for extra guests. The large fenced yard is available to put your boat in, and has lots of large oaks for shade. We've enjoyed the house for many of our retirement years with our family, and know you will too. The swimming beach--a Blue Wave beach and pavilions (see pictures), are located in Rockport and is only 6-7 minutes (3 miles) away by car. It is good for smaller children, with small waves and shallow depth, compared to Padre Island. From the house, you can walk about 10 minutes to the Fulton waterfront park and fish from the bank. There is a public fishing pier near the house in Fulton and another in Rockport, near downtown. The rear cottage is currently occupied and the person keeps to themself and wont disturb you.

A Lovely Little Gem

We loved our recent stay here. The house was so cute and well-appointed. We had everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to extra towels, to the bikes and boogie boards. Our children had a wonderful stay and the house and its neighborhood was so quiet and exactly what we were hoping for. I especially enjoyed looking at the guest book, seeing all the wonderful memories the owner and her friends and family and now other renters have enjoyed at this lovely house through the years. The house is far enough from the hustle and bustle of Port A itself (we were looking for a quiet home), but still convenient to all local attractions. Walmart and HEB are less than 5 minutes away, it is a short walk to Charlotte Plummer and other waterside restaurants and shops (as well as the water), and Rockport Beach is only minutes away by car. We made some wonderful memories here and our kids are already asking when we can go back!

Check in was easy and the house was clean and roomy - plenty of seating. Parking was more than adequate. Nice yard and porch was very great for sitting and relaxing. Easy access to restaurants and grocery store. Kitchen was well stocked with lots of dishes and cooking equipment.

Fantastic, Relaxing Home With Everything You Need

This home is so cute inside and beach theme decorated. It had everything you could need or want on vacation and then some! Fully outfitted kitchen, you just supply the food. I also loved how there were enough towels for an army, instead of the normal 1 per person. Nice relaxing porch to hang out on in a quiet neighborhood. Our family will definitely look for this rental again on our next visit to Rockport!!

Another wonderful stay in Hidden Treasure. Could not have been better!

The house fits our needs perfectly with three bedrooms and two baths. The yard and patio areas are great for relaxing outside. We enjoy it all again and again.

Wonderful Home

This is a great home to stay in. Very comfortable, clean, and everything worked properly. Easy check in and out. The house seemed to have everything one would need. So nice to get a property with more than two towels, a single roll of paper towels, etc. Quiet neighborhood, not too far from the beach. Would definitely stay again for sure.

Great place to stay

Great house for a family and loved the location just a few blocks from the Fulton pier. Beautiful house and a nice porch to enjoy the evening. Would definitely rent this house again !!!

Comfy, Great location

The location is great! The neighborhood is quiet and right around the corner from the water and the main thoroughfare. The house is nice and big, beds are comfy, kitchen is fully stocked with pretty much anything you may need. We will definitely keep this home in mind for our next trip!

Weekend in Fulton

Nice and quiet, shady property. Good location and easy access to Fulton and Rockport sites. Bedding smelled bad and dead roaches in multiple rooms. Furniture worn and a bit tired. The place was OK and comfortable but doubt we’ll stay there again.

Beach Bungalow Bamboozle

There is no beach. Listing included photos of beach. Location was surrounded by RV parks. It was well maintained, but there was no water view, contrary to statement of property manager.

What a great location, and great quite neighborhood. Really enjoyed staying there, and hope to come again. Just some feedback, there was no toliet paper?? RP has been getting a lot of rain, but the grass was way over due to be cut. outside plugs did not seem to work

This house was great for our guys fishing getaway weekend

The property is nice and feels relatively safe. There was not much room for parking, 2 trucks and a boat take up the driveway and front yard. The house was cozy and had a nice big open living room/dining area. Cable tv was nice too. The porch was great for hanging out and leaving our fishing stuff out to dry. We were not far from the restaurants, gas stations, bait, and ice. Enjoyed the stay and caught some fish.
