    The Great Waterfront Escape es el condominio perfecto en el segundo piso para cualquiera que quiera disfrutar de las vías fluviales de Padre Island, visitar el nuevo parque acuático Schlitterbahn o simplemente escapar y disfrutar de la vida costera. Disfrutarás de estar a solo una milla de la playa y tener fácil acceso a todo lo que The Island tiene para ofrecer. Estás a solo 15 minutos de Padre Island National Seashore y Mustang Island State Park, así como a poca distancia de restaurantes y tiendas locales. Si desea dirigirse a la ciudad, está a solo un corto trayecto en automóvil por el puente y puede disfrutar de las compras en los centros comerciales locales, así como visitar el Acuario del Estado de Texas y el USS Lexington. Pero es posible que nunca quieras abandonar este complejo de apartamentos.

    INTERIOR
    Este condominio de dos pisos en el segundo piso puede dormir cómodamente 6 con una cama king size en el dormitorio principal, queen en el segundo dormitorio y un sofá cama de tamaño completo en la sala de estar. Si traes tu bote, tienes un amarre designado debajo de tu balcón privado. También hay una entrada privada a esta unidad que está a solo unos pasos de su lugar de estacionamiento designado. ¡También disfrutarás de estar junto a la piscina, el jacuzzi y el muelle de pesca, y este condominio cuenta con wifi gratis!

    Se proporcionan sábanas para cada cama y toallas de baño para cada huésped. Se requiere una estadía mínima de dos noches. Los invitados contratados de Padre Escapes deben tener 25 años de edad o más. El huésped debe tener una licencia de conducir estatal u otra identificación aceptable. No se permiten mascotas.

This property is clean and has the essentials. It does not provide any "extras", so exactly 6 towels, no extra bedding (thin blankets), no coffee filters, etc. There were a few issues at the property when we arrived, and the management company was quick to fix them. We loved the deck overlooking the pool and canal. The pool and hot tub were nice, and we liked that they were on the deck by the water. Great location with quick driving access to the beach. This is an older property that could use some updates, but for the price and location it is a winner!

We loved the place, it was clean and organized, with everything needed to make our stay comfortable, beautiful view. Easy access to the swimming pool. Just one thing I recommend, at least for our type of family or more than two adults with kids, to place TVs in the rooms, we only had one TV in the living room.

Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms made our escape, with another couple, very comfortable. The wrap around deck was ideal for morning coffee and evening cocktails and the overall proximity to the pool and hot tub was perfect.We had only one small issue and a quick call to Padre Isaland Escapes and it was rectified. Overall I give this location a full thumbs up for couples and families for their adventures to the area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I can’t say enough about Pradre Escapes. They helped me find something at the last minute. Answered every call and text quickly. They were very courteous, professional and helpful. The condo we stayed in was fine, beds were comfortable, kitchen was the best equipped I’ve ever stayed in. It was also in a good location. Only a few complaints that could be easily addressed. First the bathrooms should be cleaner, the refrigerator wasn’t thawed and cleaned. The other complaint is a personal preference. There was one tv in living area. I would always choose a condo with TVs in the bedrooms. One last thing, could have better towels. These were similar to towels you would expect at motel 6. Other than that I would stay here again. I do recommend this condo but I will always try to book through Pradre Escapes.

Don’t not use this rental

Reviewer Comments: Rental was dirty and not taking care of, the downstairs shower leaks while running, lights upstairs don’t work in one room, the stairs leading up the front door are a huge safety hazard as the wood isn’t even nailed in and you can easily fall through (lawsuit), AC was broken but they still sent out a guy and had them “fix it” then later admitting to us on the phone that the AC unit is beyond repair. We received a portable ac unit that did absolutely nothing for the heat in the place then they gave us another one within two days the until was only down to 80 degrees downstairs and 89 upstairs. Opened the pull out couch as we could t sleep in the heat upstairs and bugs ran out of it. Asked to be reimbursed so we could move to another location and they said we couldn’t do anything until Monday, that’s the day we checked out. This was far from a pleasant vacation and we are still waiting on padre escapes to make it right.

There were several nights that a group of 14/15 year olds spent hours yelling and diving off the dock by the pool. (Well past 11pm) I have no issues with people being in the pool past 11, but would have been nice if they had been supervised by some adults to keep down the noise. Our condo was very nice and clean.
