Un nuevo patio trasero grande con TV y bar recién agregado en 2018. Puede ser de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños si también se alquila bungalow. Esta casa completamente amueblada fue completamente restaurada en 2017 y es una de las casas originales en Port Aransas. La casa ahora ofrece comodidades modernas, techos altos y habitaciones bien equipadas. Esta casa está construida a nivel del suelo con solo dos pasos para entrar con un agradable porche frontal con orientación norte y ventiladores de techo. Un porche privado adicional y otro gran porche para fiestas con bar se encuentran en el extremo sur de la casa para aprovechar los vientos dominantes. Cada habitación tiene cama queen con camas extra extraíbles para tres. Hay una ducha al aire libre y un patio de buen tamaño.

Esta casa normalmente está reservada por la familia y amigos del propietario, pero está disponible para grupos de invitados de hasta ocho personas de manera intermitente. Si está buscando una combinación de acceso tranquilo y fácil, esta casa es un 9,9 en la escala de capacidad para caminar.

Our stay was wonderful , the weather played tricks but didn't interfere just made it interesting. The area is quiet and away from traffic yet accessible to everything. The home itself was beautifully decorated, lots of room both inside and outside for entertaining. We enjoyed every minute spent there and hope to be able to return and enjoy it again. Thank You Mike for being a great host !

We loved our stay. We traveled with grandparents so the minimal stairs for entrance was great and a hard to find feature in the area. The large fenced backyard is a plus for dogs. The location was excellent and the house was well stocked with everything we needed and then some. They even had extra beach towels and chairs. I wasn’t provided with a passcode for entry ahead of time but their response was quick and didn’t delay us gaining entry. We will definitely book again if it’s available when we return next summer.

There were six of us and there was plenty of room between the cottage and bungalow. It was beautifully decorated and had anything we ever needed. The owner was very communicative and helpful with all of our needs!! We will definitely book this location again!!!

This place is great, it’s located in such a perfect area. Close to the beach and shops. It’s extremely clean and has everything you need, even down to the beach towels, which thank goodness because we forgot ours. It’s a nice quiet street. Our little Lucy even barked at a couple neighbors, she’s not use to the quiet where we live. Lol I loved the neighborhood, we got our run in every morning. The little house next door, it gave our son and his wife their privacy. Mike’s place will not disappoint for sure. We are already making our family plans for next year, and hopefully we can stay here again. Janie Gatlin and family.

When we were looking for a place to rent for a month we wanted somewhere that would be comfortable for us and our family/friends that would be coming to visit. This place was perfect! Everyone who came to stay with us or Island friends who popped by for drinks on the Patio loved it as much as we did. The home/cottage were both clean, neat and well maintained. Mike/Debbie and Tom are wonderful to rent from as well. They checked on us several times to ensure our visit was going well and always responded quickly when we’d send a text with a question. The kitchen is well appointed with many staples needed to cook your fresh Seafood. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were well stocked. The Patio is it’s own vacation get away with a Bar, TV and Smoker/Grill. Many hours were spent out there relaxing reading, listening to music and enjoying a cold beverage while grilling. Majority of the restaurants on the island are within walking distance of the house and the beach is so close you can hear the waves crashing on the shore. Perfect home, perfect location, wonderful host. Thank you for sharing your lovely slice of paradise with us!

We truly liked and enjoyed the property. Plenty of room, especially with the garage being converted into a studio like space. The back patio area, with TV, bar counter, and sitting area was a big plus. Very well furnished and decorated. Close to beach, stores, restaurants, and other tourist sites. Owner was accessible and friendly. We will surely keep this property in mind when we return to Port Aransan.

The property was just right for our family vacation. Well appointed and easy access to the beach! Kids walked to get ice cream. Back porch was great to wash the sand off (outside shower!), listen to some tunes and fire up the grill! Thanks!!!

Truly enjoyed this property. We had the main house to ourselves while our sons were staying at the detached cottage. Both buildings were spotless and nicely decorated. Lots of personal touches. You can tell that owners use the property as well. If we go back to Port A , we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for families or group of friends.

I almost don't want to review because I want to keep this gem a secret! Easiest rental process ever. SPoke with one owner on the phone a couple times and met the other owner in person on our last day. They were very accommodating (pun intended). This property was perfect for our trip - beautiful house, great location for what we like, and that patio. Oh my, we did NOT want to go home on Saturday! We will definitely be back for another stay.

When we saw the pictures, we knew it was going to be a great spot. We've typically stayed further from town, and I won't make that mistake again. Even with COVID going on, the house was perfect to hang out in the mornings, afternoons, and into the night. Great spot to entertain out back, and the cottage is nice as the night goes longer to keep it down for the neighbors. The house was in great condition with all updated bathrooms and amenities you can think of. We are definitely coming back and staying here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this great property in Port Aransas. The home is in the middle of many things to do; close to restaurants and a short golf cart ride to the beach but it's also in a quiet neighborhood allowing us to really enjoy sitting on the front porch as well as the back covered patio. The home is beautifully decorated and remodeled and was extremely clean and well cared for. It has everything you need for a great stay! We would definitely recommend it and certainly would rent again. Thanks for your hospitality!

The property was wonderful. This was our third time to stay here and each time is better than the last. It was clean and inviting. This is a super-cute chic cottage, very well appointed/maintained with all of the conveniences (plus a few more) that one might expect in a “home away from home”. From the comfortable beds to the clean and tastefully modern bathrooms I truly felt right at home throughout my one month stay. The open plan living room and kitchen is both well laid out and complimented with newer appliances along with everything you might need should you decide to “dine in” one evening. The covered and private patio to the rear of the property is a real gem and a great place to hang out for a morning coffee or evening cocktail. The house sits on a very quiet street and yet is only a few easy blocks to old town restaraunts, shopping and entertainment. The property owner/manager was very responsive, courteous and a real pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to staying again on my next visit to Port A!
