Welcome to Pelican Sunrise LC13! The 2nd floor open living room and kitchen area has amazing views of the water, and upgraded kitchen, relaxing furniture and a spacious deck. Upstairs you will find the 1st bedroom with a King size bed, flat screen TV, a full bath, spacious deck with a fabulous gulf view! The 2nd bedroom on this level has a Queen size bed, flat screen TV, and a full bath located just outside the door. Down to the 1st floor you will find a 2nd living area with comfy seating that includes a sofa sleeper, television, 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, flat screen TV, and a full bath. Sorry, no golf carts.
Parking-1 car in the front and 1 small car on the side parallel to the deck. Any other cars especially trucks need to be parked in the overflow parking lot. Parking Rules for Lost Colony 1. There is no the street parking or blocking the common drive. *Each unit has 2 spaces for parking. 2 vehicles maximum per unit including guest parking. 2. Parking a bus, boat, boat trailer, trailer, motorcycle, camper, RV, house trailer, or vehicle over 1 ton anywhere except an approved overflow parking area is not allowed. 3. Leaving and or storing a disabled vehicle on property outside of a personal garage is not allowed. 4. There is no parking allowed in the grass or landscaping. *There is overflow parking. This is located to your right as you drive in the gate.

- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
