The open living room is made up of a loveseat, sofa, armchair, TV, and a sliding glass door to the back patio. The full kitchen is equipped with all the things needed to prepare a meal with Corian countertops, crisp white cabinets and stainless steel appliances, a regular drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils. Sit down for meals at the dining table with seating for four and two additional stools at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom (BR1) contains a King bed, a chest for your beach attire, a closet, and a wall-mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom holds a vanity, tub/shower unit, and a stackable washer/dryer for your use during your stay. This room also has private access to the side patio. The guest bedroom (BR2) is made up of a Twin over Twin bunk bed, an additional Full bed, a couch, a dresser, and a TV. The ensuite bathroom consists of a vanity and a tub/ shower. Take in the ocean breeze while sitting out on the covered patio with your morning coffee or cold beverage. This complex offers a new golf cart-accessible boardwalk to the beach. After a day of fun at the beach, cool off in the shared pool, just steps away, or grill up snacks and dinner on the shared grills. El Cortez is just five minutes from Port Aransas offering a variety of restaurants, shops, nightlife, and fishing charters.
