Nestled beside scenic Lake Gavin at Cinnamon Shore, this three-bedroom haven makes the perfect beach home, with whitewashed wood flooring and other coastal-inspired details. Relax on the rocker-lined front porch and enjoy stunning lake views from the rear balcony.

AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: With contemporary, fresh interiors, the second-floor centers around an open-concept plan featuring living room, kitchen and dining area. Beneath a vaulted ceiling, the large and cozy sectional sofa holds the whole family. With a formal dining table that seats eight, a breakfast nook featuring banquette seating, and barstool-height chairs at the kitchen island, there’s plenty of room to entertain. The gorgeous gray-and-white kitchen has everything you need.

The crowning glory of the home is the large balcony overlooking the lake and charming beach homes on its shoreline. You’ll spend a lot of time here, swaying on the swing or enjoying a memorable meal. The breezy, outdoor space offers Adirondack-style dining set, a built-in gas grill, mini-fridge, and sink, along with a smoker that’s sure to please the barbecue enthusiast of the family.

A bonus, third-floor media room with overstuffed bean bags makes a great hangout for kids, who’ll enjoy the shutter-lined wall of windows with lake views. And everyone will want to head upstairs to see the third-floor, balcony view, offering a bird’s-eye view of the lakeside community!

SLEEPING QUARTERS: On the first floor, the king bedroom has a separate bathroom with spacious walk-in shower. Crisp, white bedding, starfish accents, and board-and-batten style paneling create a beachy ambience . The queen bedroom down the hall offers a cozy, woven, wicker bed, also dressed in sail-white linens. This room shares a bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination with a large, open bunk area that accommodates four children. They’ll love claiming the top or bottom for their own during their stay.

On the second floor, the primary bedroom has a large, walk-in closet and balcony access. The primary bath has a gorgeous, freestanding soaking tub and separate, glass-front shower.

GREAT FEATURES: A wet bar with wine fridge serves guests staying on the first floor. And you can also enjoy the downstairs back porch, with another outdoor dining table for six that offers more, breathtaking view of Lake Gavin and Kiera's Pool. Have a casual supper here, while kids can play in the grassy backyard or cast a line into the lake. An outdoor shower makes easy to rinse off sand after a beach walk. The full laundry room on the first floor keeps towels and favorite resort wear fresh.

Lakeview Estate is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Lakeview Estate the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction.
