This gorgeous. 3-story townhome, with soothing, coastal interiors, offers an exquisite stay at Cinnamon Shore North. With 1st-floor main living and 4 bedrooms, it puts you close to Town Center, Dune Pool, eateries—and, of course, the beach! Designer touches throughout and a great floor plan set this beauty apart.

AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

MAIN LIVING SPACE
Enter via the first-floor patio into the main living space on the ground floor. A large, comfortable sectional sofa centers around a wall-mounted, flat-screen TV in a space wrapped in white-washed shiplap. A wall of windows keeps the space airy and filled with coastal sunlight. In the kitchen, which has everything you need, a large-scale, square island offers seating for 8 and serves as another central gathering spot.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: On the first floor, a queen bedroom offers a new take on a classic, wrought-iron bed, backed by stylish wallpaper and surrounded by modern furnishings. The bathroom, shared with the main living space, offers dual sinks and other chic design elements. On the second floor, the spacious king primary suite opens to a balcony overlooking the Town Center green, while the luxe, primary bath features a soaking tub and walk-in shower for your own, personal oasis. Another 2nd-floor, king bedroom has its own private balcony, perfect for coffee hour with a beach breeze. The hall bathroom serves this king room and a game area near the stairs. On the third level, under a steeply pitched roof, a twin room offers a fun place to hang out and sleep, with two twin beds in beachy rattan and its own TV area with sofa.

GREAT FEATURES: Another lounge and game area at the top of the third-floor stairs provides an alternate den-like space. A closet with a washer-dryer offers a convenient way to keep beach towels and laundry fresh during your stay. And you’ll appreciate the private carport in the rear as you come and go.
