Relax on your own covered patio after a day at the beach! Only one block from the beach, this charming condo has all the fun beach-themed details you need to fully sink into vacation mode. Cool off in the central air conditioning while relaxing on one of two daybeds in the living room. The full kitchen (featuring a fun vintage-inspired Smeg fridge) features the appliances and counter space necessary to put together tasty meals. Bring the swimsuits, because guests will enjoy access to a shared pool just steps away from the front door. When you're coming back, just toss the suits in the private washer/dryer and kick back on the patio. It's vacation time.

Things to Know

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect for small family

When we arrived, the place was very clean and smelled fresh. The decorating is lovely and gave an updated, lively and cozy feel. This place is fairly small but was perfect for my family of 3. There are no actual bedrooms as there are no doors separating what is supposed to be a bedroom however this did not bother us, but rather just wanted to point this out to readers as some info to know. Not sure if this is already stated in the information; I may have missed it. The additional 2 beds are located in what would normally be a living area. The beds could use some additional blankets since the ones on the bed are thin but the mattress and beds were comfortable. The info for check in and check out was clearly stated, making both processes easy. Locking the door was a little challenging at first. You have to press the button, wait a couple of seconds, then turn the silver knob. If you don’t wait the couple of seconds, and go straight to turning the silver knob, the door will not lock. Once we got the hang of it, it was no longer a challenge. Overall, we enjoyed this place; it was clean, updated, and the location is great where you can walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Re: So Cute!!

This place has such an adorable beach vibe. Decorated in a fun, bright beach theme. It’s so comfortable and clean!! We cooked and had enough of everything for cooking. It is appropriately 2-3 city blocks from the lovely, refreshing beach. It’s also close enough to shopping, yet not so close to busier areas. Such a comfortable little vacation home. I will return if I return to the area.

Could have been better

When I checked in I saw the overhead kitchen light was out & notified Vacasa right away, before I was even finished bring all my stuff in. That was sometime after 4pm on Saturday & I was assured it would be reported & taken care of, but no one contacted me that evening or the whole next day re coming to fix the light. I had planned to cook but it was too dark & the light over the stove was very dim. Finally Sunday night I texted that I was done waiting as it was late & needed to get dinner & have then contact me the next day. No call, but maintenance showed up around 9am. This is the 2nd time I’ve checked into a Vacasa property with issues that were not addressed because it was the weekend, even though they tell you they are taking care of it. So a warning that if you use Vacasa & there is a problem on the weekend you won’t get any help other than a bunch of texts promising help. Very frustrating. On a positive note, they defrosted the freezer after my last visit, though still no ice tray. Management also decided to remove all the hangers from the closet! Nice large closet but not even one hanger, so bring hangers. As for me, I will be looking for a different place to stay.

Close to Beach

Best part of the stay was being able to walk to the beach. Condo was clean & well stocked with extra garbage bags, TP, cleaning supplies, & even some condiments. Lots of cups, bowls , & plates but several are chipped & cracked. Nice cold fridge but freezer needs defrosting so there was limited freezer space & no ice cube trays. Bathroom sink faucets are reversed & not marked so be careful. Also bathroom lighting is very dim & a panel is coming loose from the ceiling. The bed was fairly comfortable & has a nice big closet with lots of hangers. This place needs a little TLC to be perfect, but the location is great & I would stay here again, especially as it’s 1st floor with a nice little patio. Communication with mgmt staff was excellent.

We had a great stay. Beautiful weather, two blocks from the beach. They had everything we needed while we were there. Very clean, cozy and bright. Quiet neighborhood. No bedroom door, but it worked fine for a short stay with the kids, having twin beds in the livingroom. Would be even better for a couple.

Simply Perfect

This place was so cute and bright. It was walking distance from the beach which I loved. There was an issue with the washer but the property manager was quick to respond and even said they would compensate for the inconvenience, truly professional and polite. We hope to come back one day!

Wedding Anniversary Getaway

Property manager contacted me about an hour before check in to let me know that the washer was broken and that it would not be replaced in time for our two day stay. That was inconvenient. The shower curtain liner needs to be replaced and the tile in the shower needs to be cleaned better because there’s a lot of mold on it. Other than that the location was about a mile from the beach, so that was good and the place was cozy. The beds were comfortable, and the rest of the place was clean. If you are a coffee drinker, make sure that you take your own K cups because those were not provided. Communication with the property manager was fairly easy. I would stay here again.
