Charming Coastal Cottage with Community Pool

Escape to our charming yellow cottage, perfectly designed for a relaxing retreat! Right down the street you will find Cove Harbor boat launch and Paradise Key restaurant. This cozy home is located within a few miles of downtown Rockport, restaurants, shopping, Rockport beach and the beautiful bay. Accommodations include one queen bedroom with a private bath and smart tv. One bunk-room with two full bed bunks and twin trundle and smart tv. Another full bathroom is located across the hallway. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen including plenty of coffee cups, cocktail glasses, wine glasses, insulated cups, utensils, knives, flatware, pots/pans, toaster, coffee maker, blender, griddle, small fry daddy, crockpot, air fryer, and ice cream maker. There is a cozy living area with ample seating and coastal decor. The bathrooms include plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, make up remover wipes, and a hair dryer. This cozy cottage has a balcony porch with conversation seating for early morning coffee or late night drinks. Downstairs you will find an entertainment area with a couch, four chairs, coffee tables, grill, and tv. Community features include a community pool, playground, and boat wash station. It was everything we needed and more! This was our 5th year to stay at a beach house in the Coral Reef Cottages and this place was the best so far. They had all the details, toys for the kids, games, big tvs in every room, condiments and baggies. Each place to sit was comfy and cozy including the chairs outside and the sitting area downstairs. This place was a real treat and we will be booking again for next year!

Wonderful and Relaxing Stay

We had a wonderful stay in this charming home, located in a lovely neighborhood. The two-bedroom house was perfect for a cozy vacation getaway, featuring beautiful beach-themed décor and a fully stocked kitchen. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the home was spotless, with all bathroom and kitchen essentials provided. The on-site pool was a great bonus, and the location was ideal—just the right distance from both the beach and town, and close to the fishing pier and other local attractions. It was easy to get to and made for a truly relaxing experience. We would absolutely choose to stay here again!

This was a perfect place for our weekend getaway. Quick drive to the beach and the place had everything we needed plus an outdoor sitting area for everyone to enjoy the nice weather! Would highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway!

We had an amazing stay! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing, and the location was ideal, less than a 10-minute drive to the beach. Kathy was incredibly accommodating, making our experience even better. Highly recommend!
